History

Established in 2001.

Trinity Rehab Brick opened in 2009. We offer outpatient physical therapy for the surrounding areas in Jackson, Howell, Lakewood, Manchester, Toms River, Wall, Point Pleasant, and Manasquan. Our physical therapy office is conveniently located close to the Garden State Parkway and Route 70. Brick patients enjoy our relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Jeremy M.

Director of Brick

Jeremy graduated in 2010 from UMDNJ, Rutgers Camden, with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He continues his clinical education by attending evidence-​based courses in several areas including manual therapy and diagnostic imaging. His philosophy is that education and prevention are the cornerstones of a successful rehabilitation experience. He incorporates comprehensive patient education into each customized treatment plan, from how the injury occurred to ways to avoid future occurrences of the same injury. His goal is to provide evidence-​based, personalized treatment to every patient in order to assure the best outcomes. Jeremy’s future plans include earning his OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialty) and obtaining specialty manual therapy certification.
