Immaculate Reflections

I’ve now dealt with Jeff (owner/​operator) twice on two different cars over about a 6 month period. He has done what other shops claim isn’t possible which is remove every visible swirl from from my vehicles paint. What Jeff does isn’t the typical detail and takes days of just working on one car. When I say both of my cars look better then new it’s no exaggeration. If you want your paint correction done right the first time make this your first stop. I’ve seen him work on anything from brand new exotic sports cars to my not so exotic cars :).

Jeff is the best. He knows his stuff and is very fair in pricing. So fair and so good I gave him a very big tip. He fixed stuff that others messed up on my brand new car. If you want you car detailed right and want someone you can trust. Jeff is the man!

I can’t say enough about Jeff and his service. I went to Jeff after having my car detailed at another shop that was supposedly one of the best. The car looked fine after the detail but after a few washes I started noticing buffer marks across the side and other areas of my hood. I got a referral for Jeff and called him and he took plenty of time to explain why the buffer marks showed up after the carwashes and what was done wrong to create the marks. The last straw was when I got my car washed and after walking out of the shopping center didn’t even recognize it because it looked so crappy — .all I could see was buffer marks reflecting in the

Jeff explained every part of the process he would be using to remove the scratches — he showed me scratches that I didn’t even know were there and he also quickly sighted the ones that were so obvious it made me crazy. My car is a black Mercedes that I bought as a leftover as less than a year old — but in that short time the bad washes and bad care had left the paint with swirls and scratches and now buffer marks from my attempt to correct it all.
Jeff had my car for a little over five days and I’m not exaggerating when I say the car now looks brand-​new. The paint looks like it is fresh from the factory on the day it arrived at the dealership. I literally can see my reflection in the paint and there is not one detectable mark or scratch from the previous bad care my car had gotten. I went the extra mile and had Jeff apply the protective coating. I am so excited that my car looks so new. Seriously the results were more than impressive. I would recommend Jeff above all others and if you have the opportunity to let him work on your car do it– it will get care from the very best.

I’m picky!!! Jeff has repeatedly done a fantastic job of making my cars shine without swirls. He’s honest and will happily revisit any spots of concern. His prices, at first, seem higher than others. HOWEVER, once you see the quality of work he does, you’ll realize his prices are more than fair! He taught me to fear the orbital polishing wheels of the body shops. :-)

I brought in my new-​to-​me BMW for a Level 2 correction and C-​Quartz Finest coating. Jeff took out virtually all the swirls in the paint, and now it glows with a pristine mirror finish. Not only that, but the contours of the car’s body panels pop with accents and highlights from the car’s metallic paint that were previously obscured. It may well look better than the day it rolled off the assembly line. Also, Jeff is extremely friendly, professional and loves his work. If you are serious about getting your car detailed and want the best, hire him.

I recently took delivery of a 2014 Audi Q5, brilliant black. I made the mistake of asking the dealership to remove the rear badging and I also compounded the my error and forgot to tell them to not wash the vehicle. It was dusk when I picked up the car so the lighting wasn’t optimal and it looked ok. However, the next day in the daylight the paint looked horrible. There were swirls and micro scratches every where. Of course I spoke to the General Manager at Audi to voice my dissatisfaction. Of course he wanted me to bring the car back in so they could work on it some more. He said «work on» I’m thinking make it worst. I don’t think so. I decided to seek out a professional and seek reimbursement from Audi.
After searching online for a local professional that does paint correction, I found Immaculate Reflections. I contacted the owner Jeff and met him for a visual assessment of the paint. Fortunately there was no permanent damage but he would need the car for several days to do the paint correction. While it was with Jeff I decided to have it coated with CQuartz Ceramic Coating. Might as well add an additional layer of protection. He provided me and estimate, explained what would be involved to correct the paint and to apply the coating. I booked the appointment.
I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion for the service that he provides. It is refreshing to meet someone that truly loves what they do and is willing to take the time and explain every step of his process to your satisfaction.
I picked up the car yesterday and all I can say is Oh My Goodness. It looked absolutely amazing. The swirls and scratches were no longer there and the reflections were magnificent. Jeff spent another hour with me inspecting the vehicle under different lighting to ensure that I was completely satisfied. In addition to that he reviewed the proper protocols and techniques for washing the vehicle going forward so that I could maintain the work that he had done. He also asked that I bring him the materials I use to wash the car to ensure that my supplies were appropriate and wouldn’t add micro scratches/​marring to the finish. Now that’s customer service.
I will definitely use him in the future.

Jeff is simply the best detailer I’ve ever met. He made my new Tesla Model S shine. His attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness are hard to find these days. He really went the extra mile and did a perfect job. Will be using him in the future.

I met Jeff through a car club that we are both a part of. The guy knows his stuff. He detailed my 2002 Trans Am for a reasonable price and I was very pleased with the results. It took him roughly 4 hours and he took his time. Along the way he also gave me a few pointers on the proper way to wash and detail a car. You’d be surprsided the stuff the average person does that can damage the paint on the car.
I can definitely tell that he enjoys his job and he is a perfectionist, which is a good thing when it comes to getting my car detailed.
Bottom line is this, if you want your car detailed without worrying about «what if, what if what if» then call Jeff. You will be rest assured that it will be done once and it will be done right.

I contacted Jeff a few weeks ago to get a quote for a 1-​step correction and headlight restoration on my mom’s 2004 Lexus ES330. At the same time, i wanted to take care of my dad’s 2007 Toyota Matrix and my own 2011 Lexus IS350 with minor details. We got an appointment set up quickly and it fit all our schedules perfectly.
So yesterday Jeff came out and spent the whole day on my moms ES330 and the results were, for lack of better works, breathtaking. My mom came out and was absolutely amazed at the «better than brand new» headlights on her car. They really did turn out amazing and with Jeff’s warranty on them, it was money well spent. The car itself turned out great as well, as i would expect from any work Jeff does.
Jeff tackled both my IS350 and my dad’s Matrix for the following day (today). For a professional detailer to do two very high quality details in one day is astonishing. My car is only a year old, so the paint was in decent shape, and after he was done with it, it looked like brand new. only smoother and more shiny! My dad’s Matrix had some pretty rough paint, but Jeff worked his magic, going the extra mile and fixing it the best he could in the limited time frame. We didn’t originally plan to do any correction on the Matrix, but Jeff knew it needed it, and fit it into the schedule.
All said and done, i really could not be any happier with the services Immaculate Reflections provides. Jeff is the only person i will let touch my cars, and over the years he has worked his magic on almost all of them, as well as my parent’s cars and multiple referrals and friends.

An update to my earlier review (11/​19/​2011). Jeff went the extra mile to find a guy who specializes in odor removal to get the residual odor. Jeff accompanied the other detailer and they did a great job. I will use Jeff again and would recommend him.

I am very pleased with both the price and the service offered by Jeff. Based on the previous review, I contacted Jeff to work on my Audi. I love that he came to my house and worked on the car while I was home — so much more convenient than me having to drive myself to an auto detailer and wait around for hours. I’ve never had the Audi detailed, but I did take my previous car (a Toyota) to an auto detailer about 10 years ago. They charged me twice as much as Jeff charged and spent about half the time on it (2 hrs vs. Jeff’s 4 hrs). And while they did a good job, it does not compare to the job Jeff just did today! My car now looks stunningly beautiful, and I will be using Jeff regularly to keep my car looking gorgeous. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone!
