Worst detail I had on my life. Spend $ 200 and finished in 2hours with one guy. Nothing made me happy on all over the car. What can I say more. Stay away from this place. They asked me to come back with my other cars next time. No thank you. Not even free…

My car hood was a mess after been exposed to water spots and the crew at Genuine car detailing did an incredible job in restoring my car’s luster! Great job guys!

Took my new car here on 2÷23÷14 after being referred by Winter Chevrolet.
After I took my new car home from Winter, I noticed swirls in the finish and this immediately drove me nuts! I didn’t notice it while at the dealership as the car was dirty on the lot and when I received it, after detailing, the sun wasn’t out. I called the dealership and they ultimately referred me to these gentlemen as Winter Chevrolet uses them to detail all of their new cars before they go off to the new owner.
I was rather distraught as I initially thought the swirls were caused during the detailing but have since learned that it (most likely) occurred while sitting on the dealership lot or before delivery to the dealership.
The men were incredibly professional and really cared that I was happy once they had washed/​waxed/​and buffed the car. The swirls are less noticeable now (although still there) it was explained that the paint would have to be stripped and the car repainted to get rid of the swirls :(so I’m as happy as I can be for now.
