Joe Pacheco of Ideal Flooring has just finished installing new flooring in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo we recently purchased. Last year he installed new flooring in our home in Discovery Bay. HE IS AMAZING! I have never seen such a perfectionist, except possibly myself and my husband. He has an artistic flair that was evident when we could not find matching tile for one area in our condo, he took a couple of extra existing tiles and new tiles and made a mosaic transition by cutting in diamond shapes, using the 2 colors, it looks just beautiful and as if we planned it that way. We trust him 100% and relied on his judgment when we couldn’t decide on options. He also installed new baseboard and did a fantastic job. His prices were extremely competitive as he doesn’t keep a store front that costs extra overhead. If you are looking for high quality, low cost and an honest person Joe is your guy!
