Established in 1993.
Practice began after U.T. College of Dentistry followed by Prosthodontic Residency at MCG and teaching dentistry at MCG. Moved from Murfreesboro Rd to Brentwood in 2005.

Dr. Allen is a Board Certified specialist of Dentistry called a Prosthodontist. This is one of nine recognized specialties of Dentistry. It is the specialty that involves replacing or restoring missing or defective teeth. He is currently only one of six practicing Board Certified Prosthodontists in Tennessee.
