You don’t go to A&J Tire Shop when you want the professional, business-like feel of a purpose-built franchise tire shop; you go to A&J because you want a good deal. The people there have always been friendly to me and treated me fairly. This is a small business with limited space, few staff, and many loyal customers, so I recommend calling them before you go to ask how busy they are. If they’re really busy, there might not be someone at the desk right away, and you’ll end up waiting a while for service.
