I have been in the business for over thirty years, more than half of that working for Domino’s Pizza, Zeeks Pizza, Papa John’s Pizza, Sahara Pizza, Garlic Jim’s Pizza, and Jet City Pizza.
I have taken the best practices, and the best products from these previous experiences, and I have used them to create Tommy’s.

We focus primarily on Pizza! Our Signature Dough is a Deep Dish Beer Batter Crust, we also have a Crunchy Thin Crust, and a Gluten-Free Crust.
We have all the standard pizza toppings, and a few not so standard toppings.
We also have Bread sides, Wings, Salads, Calzones, Strombolis, Grinders, Ice Cream, and Cheesecakes.
History
Established in 2011.
This business was the culmination of 25 years of developed industry experience. Thomas «Tommy» M. Dillon, has been working in the industry for the past 25 years, the first 12 (the apprenticeship years) with many of the major pizza chains, working in various capacities, and the last 13 years working within several local region franchises in upper supervision, and as owner/operators of several stores. Tommy has a «Never Give Up!» attitude. If you challenge him, he will rise to the challenge.
