Bug Central

Scheduled an appointment for 8÷1÷15 between 9−10am. The guy showed up my place LAST week (⁷⁄₂₅)??? Today they called to confirm my appoint for tomorrow but between 1−2pm. Wait, what? If you can’t get your scheduling right, how am I suppose to trust you’ll get your services right? I told the lady I will look elsewhere an I suggest people do the same.

Gabe is the BEST! I absolutely loved this guy. He was professional, kind, courteous & honest. I am so happy they sent him to my fathers house to give me an estimate. Thank you Gabe for being so wonderful.

Gabe is great. The subcontractors are not very good at all. If they worked like Gabe, I’d give the company 5 stars, sadly, they have zero accountability and their quality of work is low.
I had my house tented and dry rot removed. The workers never even put a tarp down before priming the wood, so they ended up painting my lawn. They also cut a bush down without asking.

We recently used Bug Central to fumigate our home for termites. The inspectors did a thorough investigation and as other inspectors recommended a tent fumigation because the termites were in several areas of the house (you could see termite exit holes on the walls). We choose Bug Central because of the decent user reviews and the best pricing. They were significantly less that another Pest Control company (we had used an online coupon, however even without the coupon they were still priced over $ 1k less than initial quotes from others).
I believe Bug Central outsources the fumigation work. The tent and fumigation crew came as scheduled. And the work was complete after 4 days/​3 nights. One thing we noticed is that they did not call to tell us when we could move back in the house, so we just called them up and they gave us the information.
The Bug Central team and its vendors seem professional. So far we are pleased with their work

This is the worst termite company ever. I don’t know how they stay in business. I talked to someone there and they took down incorrect information. On the day of the inspection the person refused to do the job. I spoke to someone else back at the office. They told me I lied to them, treated me rudely, and threatened to cancel the job, I was shocked. I have been through many termite inspections and have never been spoken to like that. I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out I WAS SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER! Completely unprofessional he extorted money from me then and there because I had no time to reschedule. I stupidly paid them on the spot, and basically wound up throwing my money away. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. They can not possibly stay in business much longer. DO NOT USE THEM.

We were having a roach problem in my office a couple months ago and called Bug Central. They came out right away and were very professional, thorough, and genuinely concerned about taking care of the problem. They have since been out a couple times to service our office to make sure the roaches are under control and I feel confident that I will not be seeing any more roaches scurrying around my feet. I can work in peace! It is comforting to know that if we do have any other issues with roaches or other pests we can call them and know they will be out right away to take care of the problem. I would highly recommend any other businesses out there seeking pest control to contact Bug Central.

I found what appeared to be evidence of termites. I contacted my regular pest control company – Terminex. They dispatched an «expert» who inspected 3 sites and determined I needed to tent and fumigate my entire home at a cost of $ 3,000. We were told to bag our food and move to a hotel for four days while they fumigated. I decided to seek a second opinion from Bug Central. Bug Central sent out a technician named Gabriel who spent time showing me the various area of infestation and took the time to explain the process for treatment. Long story short– Bug Central locally treated the area and guaranteed it for a year. Their cost was more than half of Terminex and Gabriel came back to do the work. Great company!

Services included replacing damaged wood members, treating soil with slab injection and total fumigation.
Wonderful. Everything was clockwork as soon as we gave the OK to start work. The crew was punctual and professional. They took pride in their work. They always cleaned up after each day’s work. We never had any worries or doubts. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We definitely would use their service again and highly recommend to others looking for a competent termite company.
