After looking around the store and grabbing a few items, I wanted to try them on. With a few team members near by, I believe I actually approached the manager who was on the floor and all she proceeds to do is use her walkie talkie to get someone in the back to go open a stall door. A guy comes and says that says you’ll have to wait and just come knock on the employee door. uh a little weird. Later, I ask for a price check and the manager directs me to the cashier line although there is an empty cashier which she was standing by and she could easily check for me rather than have me wait in line. some clothes are cute but clearance rack isn’t super clearanced

I am a very regular shopper at Aeropostale but I tend to avoid this store because I can’t stand the customer service. They are pushy and rude at the same time. The most recent time I came here, I first tried to search the sale rack. When I walked over to it, the employee snapped at me to wait over near the other section. I walked away and found a pair of jeans to try on. I went to try them on, but the dressing room doors were all locked. I came back out and the employee looked at me, knowing that I could not get in. When I asked for a room, she pointed to the dressing rooms and walked away. It was clear that she did not want to help me. I was forced to crawl under the door and unlock it. I decided to just buy the jeans since they were a great fit. However, the employee did not remove the security tags. I didn’t find out until I got home, so the security alarm system must not have been turned on or something.

Great store for some comfy clothes… too bad they didn’t have what I was looking for! All I wanted were some casual, cotton-like shorts. They used to sell them a few years ago — and I know Abercrombie currently sells the style. The only shorts were either denim or sleepwear shorts. Oh well! Great sales on right now, so do check out!

more like 3.5÷5 stars the quality of Aeropostale’s items are not as great as other clothes companies. the sales staff is helpful and didn’t interrogate me on why i was returning clothes i bought on line. when i went today, half of the store was gone. they must have been renovating or getting new stock into the store, but it was very slim pickings for both guys and girls. PS: the location of this specific Aeropostale is located on the second floor near sears.
