We’re Smokin’ Ribs, Brisket, Pork, and Turkey! Come to Doc’s for delicious slow smoked hickory barbeque prepared in-​house using Doc’s secret rub and smoked on-​site to perfection. Doc’s award winning BBQ sauce is mighty tasty and we were voted, «Branson’s Best BBQ Ribs» by the locals! Come on in, sit a spell and experience excellent food, service, and ambiance. You can dine in or take it home and we offer patio dining and a full bar. Groups are welcome and we have plenty of flat parking for motor-​coaches! and we also cater! Fried Pickles, Fried Corn on the Cob, fresh Salads, Whole Filet Catfish, Rib Eye Steaks, Cobbler, and Cheese Cake are some of our favorites!

History

Established in 2011.

Here in Missouri, and most especially in Branson, we honor our Veterans every day of the year. At Doc’s Hickory Roadhouse, we greet every guest with that same humble spirit of respect and honor. Doc’s is named after owner Jerry Franklin, who served with the United States Army as a medic, hence the nickname, «Doc».

Doc proudly served his country and now several years later he hopes his restaurant provides a sense of pride for all who walk through our doors. To the retired and active members of the US Armed Forces, may you feel the gratitude we have for your service.

There is a commitment to excellence in everything Doc does and he does everything with an expectation of quality through hard work. That quality can be tasted in every bite. From our BBQ, slow smoked with real hickory wood, to our «made from scratch» sides like potato salad and chili, we aim to please.
