Chili’s

Our family loves Chili’s but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had! First we were seated at a booth with salt all over the seats so we moved to a different one. I opened my menu and got bbq sauce all over my hands from it being inside. I’m assuming our waiter was late for work, so the manager came and took our order. He didn’t write anything down and part of it was wrong. Then my son’s chicken pasta had a big glob of mashed potatoes in it, so it had to be sent back. He had to watch us eat meanwhile. I asked for additional bbq sauce and waited 5 minutes. So my ribs were cold by the time I got to eat them. My husband’s fajitas were missing red peppers. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is the food was good once they got it right, our waiter was friendly and the manager offered to take 15% off after much discussion.

Waited 5 minutes to talk to a hostess. Steak was 2 levels undercooked. Couldn’t even order dessert because our waitress was MIA. Food was ok. I have been to this location multiple times and have never had a good experience. Last time giving it the benefit of the doubt.

Great service and food was good. It was my daughters birthday and after telling the waiter that she was allergic to wheat and milk he went and made her a special fruit smoothie. I work out of town and go to chilis all over because I enjoy the Sports that they have on the TVs and this was by far the best visit to a chilis.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s. First there was no one at the hostess stand and we waited over 5 minutes for anyone to seat us. Then we had to wait for a table to be cleaned as we stood in the middle of the restaurant. The bus boy waited on us. He couldn’t get our orders right. And our food took almost 30 minutes to get out.

Not good reviews for here from previous Unilocalers! Hopefully, this place has improved. Our service was very good as was the food. My only suggestion would be to get real glass mugs. Something off-​putting about clunky plastic drinking mugs. You have real China plates and real metal flat-​ware; complete the up-​scale feel by using real glass! Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Would go back again if we were ever in the area.

The worst food and service ever. After waiting forever we finally got our food.
Nachos are some weird individual chip with salty seasoning drenched. I sent back first order because they were cold, so they brought them back… warm. Cheese isn’t even melted.
Super overpriced bowl of chili. Will never eat here again.

I’ve never had an experience like this before. I will never return. Horrible service, food, manager, cleanliness.

5−16−15. Had a horrible visit again. We were seated very promptly and our order taken quickly but after that it went downhill. Our server brought our drinks and appetizer in a fair amount of time but after that we never saw her again. Our drinks were empty when the manager brought our meals and said he’d be back with more drinks but I guess he forgot. We were wrapping up our meal when a different server brought more drinks but it was too late. I don’t think we will return and we are local to the area

Not fast service for groups of 10. Do not like the electronics check out device they have at each table. The TexMex bowl was delicious. Nice decorations.

I had not looked up the reviews for this business prior to eating here with my family, but our experience was not much of an improvement upon what others have written.
SERVICE: Above Average
This is the good aspect and where my visit differed from previous reviews. Our waitress was friendly, brought everything as ordered and prompt considering the heavy business the restaurant was dealing with.
FOOD: Below Average
Three of us ordered ribs and none were happy with the result. As someone who orders ribs all of the time I would like to think I am a decent judge of what is done right. These were over cooked, dry and contained the least meat between the bones I have yet seen. My wife got their fajitas though and thought they were great so we just picked poorly it seems. On this aspect I was not impressed.
PRICE: Below Average
The prices were what I would expect from a Chili’s restaurant which seemed low considering this is a tourist town. Considering the quality, which I felt was below what I would expect from this chain that seemed to be where they made up the difference.
FACILITIES: Average
The place appeared clean and in good shape. The restrooms were in good order so no complaints there.
My final thoughts are mixed on if I would return. The order I received this time was fairly off-​putting, but my wife really enjoyed her meal so it may just be ribs are not a good choice here or we got a poor pick from the litter.

Food was mediocre at best waitress acted like she was doing us a favor waiting on us. Food was cold the only thing I found enjoyable was leaving. I use to frequent this place quite often but won’t any more!

Always get seated right away. the food is good. Absolutely love their corn on the cob! The only thing I would change is what they play on their tvs they should just keep it on sports non stop!
