Big Whiskey’s

This restaurant is located in the Hilton Hotel that is right on Branson Landing Town Square. Nice upscale atmosphere with decent service. We went back a second time, which we weren’t doing very much during our week in Branson because we wanted to experience as many places as possible. We were also here on New Year’s Eve and it was PACKED but they seemed to handle the volume fairly well.

Told up to 15 minutes. No one ahead of us. 35 minutes later, asked if we can split up between two tables. ??? What?
Three hostesses playing on their phones not trying to find us a table, until a full half hour had passed, and other groups of the same size were sat ahead of us. Discussions of 21^st birthdays. Managers needs to have a better handle of how their hostesses are (not) performing their jobs. Unreal.

Very good and inexpensive walnut bitters whiskey old fashioned. Also good (but average) pub burger and fries. They are known for their buffalo cheese dip… so we tried the buffalo cheese won-​tons. Good… but somewhat small. Overall a nice place for lunch or dinner.

In a party of 6. We waited 12 minutes before being greeted at the «wait to be seated» sign. The hostess was extremely rude and placed us at a booth when we advised her we could not sit there due to our grandparents. After available seating came available we asked to be moved and the hostess made a huge deal about it and told the waiter we needed to be moved because we were «to fat» to sit at the booth. After finally moving to a table we ordered our drinks and food. Drinks took almost 20 minutes to get and food took 40 minutes. The waiter was extremely nice and help make our dinner more enjoyable. The food was ok as a couple of the plates were cold as they were sitting completed for awhile. Due to the first 30 minutes of our experience at this resultant we will not be back. The only reason I have this store 3 stars was because of the waiter and the food was «ok».

Daily drink specials and beer on tap. Nice atmosphere and server was on top of things. Good fish n chips as well as sandwiches.

Horrible service. The server was incredibly rude. We had to get our own silverware and plates. When asked if anyone wanted another drink the server asked one of the party politely and called another Hun but only asked 2 of 3 of the party. Had to send food back for being horribly salty and it took extra long for it to come back would not recommend

Good steaks, friendly staff and wonderful location. If the weather permits, the patio is a nice place to see the fountain. We would definitely eat here again.

This place could be amazing… décor is very nice and we had a great server. The food on the other hand was very very average.

We waited 40 minutes for 2 appetizers and they were not even worth the wait. Our waitress said the kitchen was backed up but never gave us a warning of that before our food arrived. Probably would not go back.

Extremely accommodating restaurant! Great beer selection, awedome wings & burgers. Has numerous whiskey choices (but we were driving so didn’t DARE!) Highly recommended for Branson visitors & locals alike!

Great food and great lunch specials. Had a group of 13 and they sat us quickly as well as brought the food out fast. Great food which was unexpected

Big whiskey’s just opened up in the branson area last month, and me and my husband tried it out last night. He got the famous chicken sandwich, and fell in love with it! And I got the buffalo wrap which was also very good! We loved the fries… I’m gonna assume they used a type of beer batter for the fries! I also tried one of their mix drinks, the Grateful Dead, and I loved it! We sat on the patio, and service was great. You can see the fire/​water show from the patio! :)
