Office Depot

The staff are always so helpful! Nate, in particular, really stood out to me on my last visit. I came in specifically for a mileage log but was also browsing. Nate greeted me promptly and offered his assistance if I were to need it, which I expressed gratitude for and said I was there to browse but would need to locate a mileage log. He directed me to the other side of the store so I would know where they were when I made it over there. On my way to the checkout, I made a point of thanking him. I ended up leaving my phone at the register and was searching for it in my car when he came running out, my phone in hand. I’ve not had such a good experience at Office Depot in… I don’t know that I ever have honestly. Thanks!

I’m not an Office Depot fan in general. They tend to be big, huge stores filled with mostly air and terrible service but, cheers to the staff of the Printing Center who helped me fax a document and get it and get out quickly. Their professionalism is the sole reason for this four stars for Office Depot. Thanks to them

this store is a joke they don’t know how to treat people I went in to look at a laptop ask one of the workers about one I was looking for he directed me to a another person that told me he did not know anything about laptops and that a person would be right here to help 30 min later im still standing their I finly go up front to see if someone can help but they are to busy talking to each other to help so I ask for the corporate phone number now they want to help and they will not give me the number I ask for so I half to call another store to get the number 3 days later I get a call from the same store its the srore manager he tell me that he is very sorry and that he wants to send me a gift card to comeback I said ok that would be nice it has been a week and a half sence then and no gift card call the store back and was treated rudely and given no awansers do your self a favor don’t go to this store they need to close their doors

No stars not an option. Don’t bring copy/​print work here unless you have lots of time to spare.
