I help businesses & individuals save money by extending the life of their vehicles with quality repairs and properly timed maintenance. My business has been servicing the Brandon area for the past 13 years. I holds certifications as an ASE Master Technician & Service Consultant. I graduated from Miami-​Dade Community College with an Associate in Science Degree in Automotive Technology.

Came in because my car was having trouble. It turned out to just be the battery. Mike and his team were very friendly and honest. They helped me get back on the road same day. I was blown away with the service and affordability. Since I was in a hurry I only had time for the battery change so they made a follow up appointment so that I could come in and have my oil changed and run a diagnostic on my car to make sure everything else was okay. It was and the second visit was just a nice as the first. I can see why they have been in business so long, this is definitely a stand up auto shop and one that I trust.

Among the quality of the repairs, the customer service is something that this shop does not fail to exceed in. The owner of the shop himself stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process informing me on every step that had to be taken to assure that I understood everything. He also would make sure to confirm with me before taking any extra steps or steps that I was not aware of needing to happen. I took in a 2015 Range Rover Evoque for repair and it came out like brand new! I highly recommend for anyone with a European car, old or new to go to this shop. I highly value good customer service and I did not go unsatisfied with the crew’s delivery on that!

If you want someone you can trust then these are the guys to go to… Expertise and a complete trust is what I absolutely need (and expect) from the company that does my vehicle maintenance. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences… but Auto Works of Brandon is without a doubt the best company I have ever worked with. My vehicles go nowhere else! Mike, John and the entire team are all really awesome to work with. Don’t ever think of using anyone else in the Tampa and Brandon area… that’s my recommendation.

As a female. I normally am hesitant to take my car to shops because I normally feel I am going to get taken advantage and get charged more since I dont know anything about cars. But not at Auto Works of Brandon! They were fantastic, Its not every place that has a person that is qualified to look a hybrids. They were! I felt comfortable and the techs were so helpful. I truly trust them and will recommend them to all my girl friends! The owner was super helpful and so were the techs at diagnosing the problem and giving me options and the cheapest solution. A Plus! Great Service! I will definitely keep coming back!
