Very satisfied with my service for a transmission repair here. I’ve had very poor experiences in the past with other transmission repair service and this one was excellent. Sammy knows how to handle his customers and his team. He even offered to drive at 9:30pm to pick up parts for my vehicle as we were moving and on a time schedule. Luckily, we arranged another option but he followed up after I had relocated to make sure all was working well. Can’t say enough about his care and service. Definitely highly recommend for any transmission repair!

Thw staff here was so good to me. I had to bring my car in, after already having paid the dealership an unnecessary amount of money, and they walked me through every step and every option. Hopefully I don’t have to bring my car back in, but if I do, I have complete trust in these guys.

Advertise that they offer a free check engine light diagnostic. That’s great, go onto the website and make an appointment. Appointment isn’t confirmed but I go to the shop anyways. It’s busy and the guy tells me he can’t get to it till after lunch maybe 2pm. I ask if I can make an appointment for them and he says they only do first come first serve. I say but your website says you do appointments and he responds that corporate does that but not his shop. So, basically he is not inkeeping with corporate guidelines, does what we wants and is willing to waste my time by maybe being available to help me when I came back that afternoon. No thank you. My business and ultimately dollar will go elsewhere.

Getting your car serviced or repaired is all about trust to me. I totally trust the integrity of Terry and his team at AAMCO of Brandon. Good people and great service. Highly recommend. Pretty sure the bad review is from when this location was managed by someone else. Terry is new and he has things in order from all I can tell and experience.
