Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Went to the Firestone next to this for tires based on reputation, couldn’t afford their cheapest tires and as I was walking out disappointed, Lyn ran out, genuinely caring about the sale, AND my well being, I walked in to tuffy and immediately she got my info, did some looking, and found some used tires that would fit my car and budget, very thankful for the reasonable prices and extended customer care that they offer, not sure about other tuffys, but I will definitely always come back to this location.

I have been in Brandon since 2006. After trying multiple service shops I can finally say I have found my auto repair shop. It is important to note that Tuffy is a franchise and each location is independently owned. I cannot attest for the quality of other franchises, however, I can vouch for Lyn and Bob that they will find what is wrong with your auto (be it foreign or domestic) give you a fair estimate and fix it right be it replacing your wiper blades or replacing your engine. I do some of my auto maintenance myself but I rely on a professional shop to do the larger jobs along with the electronic diagnostics. Tuffy Brandon has a Snap-​On Verus Pro Diagnostic and Information System along with the personnel with the training that knows how to interpret what this $ 10,000 dollar unit can tell you. You may already have a shop that you are happy with but if you are looking for some folks who will treat you fairly stop in and talk to Lyn and give them a try.
