Pending on the issue proposed to us we can help the responsible party comply with NJDEP regulation in all facets of environmental compliance. We specialize in underground storage tank remediations both regulated and unregulated although we are capable of dealing with a wide range of environmental issues. We are an honest company and if a project presented to ADR is beyond our ability to implement the proper professional decision making and guidance we will sustain from adding any prospective clients.

Whether our client is dealing with heating oil, gasoline and other remedial concerns impacting soil and groundwater we are efficient. We can conduct the proper regulatory procedures and forms through our LSRP (David D. Lott– Principal of ADR) with the NJDEP.

Established in 2012.

David Lott and Arthur Pierson founded this company in 2012.

Arthur Pierson is the founder and president of Pierson Landscaping, Arthur holds numerous certifications from the NJDEP, OSHA, and NEHA just to name a few. Pierson Landscaping has been a trusted company in the area since 1994.

David Lott has been working in the waste remediation sector since 1999. David also holds numerous certifications in the remediation field such as becoming one of the first Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP) in the state if New Jersey, he holds a certified subsurface and closure evaluator license along with other licenses in the field.

Between Arthur and David’s numerous certifications and experience, our company has the capacity to be your one stop oil tank removal and remediation contractor!

Business Owner

David has been involved with environmental remedial service business in the state of New Jersey since 1999. In the past thirteen years David has passed the NJDEP Sub Surface and Closure examination (2003) and was approved for LSRP statues in 2012. Throughout the past thirteen year David has closed more than 300 opened NJDEP cases and has applied his understanding of environmental knowledge to make projects more efficient and cost effective.
