History

Established in 1998.

Warehouse owners and operators since 1998. Renwick’s primary temperature-​controlled facility comprises 110,000 SF and was fully renovated in 2011. It offers secure storage in a windowless, stand alone, concrete building 7 miles inland and 150 feet above sea level. Temperature is kept at 70+/- 3 degrees with a 50% relative humidity year around. This facility is located just off I-​95 and can handle any size truck.

Joseph Pryor is a founding manager of RenwickFAS. He has been renovating and managing warehouses and loft buildings in New York since 1998. Prior to that he was a commercial loan underwriter at Chase Bank.
