I didn’t have a really positive experience here. I was looking for a very specific product, listed as available in store. It wasn’t, which is fine, but I was really being pushed for an alternative which I wasn’t interested in. That alternative was double the cost of what I was looking for and not suitable for my needs. When I was reluctant and stated I wasn’t interested in the options I was told«you need to do your research before coming in.» Considering i had, and knew precisely what I wanted, I was kind of annoyed. Ultimately I found the exact product I wanted at Bed Bath and Beyond, which was quite shocking, considering the quality and brands they normally carry(low end). I’ll maybe give this place another chance but this experience wasn’t one that would make me return here right away.

I could easily spend all day perusing every shelf in this store which is a cook’s ultimate dream come true. They have everything you need + everything you didn’t know you needed! There’s a variety of items from gadgets to tools to books and more. I went in last weekend to do some Holiday shopping and Richard was extremely helpful — we told him what we were looking for + not only did he bring the items to us, he gave a genuine and honest opinion about our options and didn’t try to push the more expensive one on us. He also reminded me that I had a coupon in my email! Thank you for making our experience quick + painless!

If I won the lotto I’d probs go here first. I’d just buy so many random fun kitchen things. Shopping here, I’ve gotten nice free cappuccinos, good service, great sale deals, and general awesome enjoyment of the store. So, win. Go if you like the cooking.

Fun, eclectic, high-end, gadget-y products in a store that boasts all things kitchen? Then Sur la Table is the right place for you. I love this store, and own quite a few items from here(except for a Jura… I’ll buy that someday). I love the customer service and seasonal displays. Clearance racks are awesome too! If you’re lucky, you can take advantage of their 99 cent table which makes its appearance once in a while. The cappuccino offerings are a really nice touch. This engagement with the customers makes us feel at home in the store and further promotes a personal touch. Shopping here is a little better than Crate & Barrel. It’s fun :) Check it out and you won’t be disappointed!

If I had an unlimited budget, I would buy this store out. they have everything you could ever need or want for your kitchen. the salespeople are wonderful and the free coffee or cappuccino they offer makes the store even better. Yes, they’re a little expensive, but you’re paying for quality. I will admit, I love their sale section and holidays displays best!

I went here for some christmas shopping — I should’ve come here with an empty kitchen and a book of credit cards. Everything I saw was high end cooking and baking utensils and things that many restaurants would have, but you could use in your own home. I walked around the store and was just amazed at how much of everything they have. $ 3k cappuccino/espresso machines, pizza stones(which sound like an awesome rock formation), knives, aprons, pans, pots, everything is here. In fact I didn’t know until I read some other reviews that they offer classes. I might have to buy something like that for a loved one seeing that I couldn’t decide on a gift and settled for a gift card.

As other Unilocalers have mentioned, we were also offered a complimentary cappuccino as we browsed the store. She showed us a quick demonstration on how the cappuccino machine worked and of course if I had $ 2500 for the machine I would’ve bought it.(Ha! I wish) It was pretty amazing. it could do anything you asked it to besides tie your shoes. We love this store for the discount sections. The products here are pricey compared to places like Bed bath and beyond but they offer great deals on really high end products. The store is very organized and clean and the service here is wonderful. Quick Tip: They also offer free knife sharpening on up to two knives.

«Hello… Yes I can get you the gift registry you need… Here you go. Would you like a cappuccino while you browse?» YESYESYES I had been in the store for a minute when the above interaction occurred. The service here is out of sight. Not lingering but there if I needed them. Both Richard and Daniel were great and I wish they could work at every store I walk into! Keep these boys around Sur La Table! The store is gorgeous. Everything for the cook/foodie in your life. High end and quality things so it is a little $$$. But if you wan cheap Target just opened at SSP also.

This is a cool store even if you’re just browsing. Some fancy kitchen appliances and uni-taskers. Large selection of coffee and espresso machines. Friendly staff. Pro tip: I was told that they always have free iced/hot coffee available for sampling. The Vanilla Iced Coffee was great when I was there :)

4.5 stars b/c it can get pricey but boy do they have beautiful things! I’d love to catch them during a sale… I could tear sh#$% up then… Literally anything and everything for a kitchen or dining room. Lots of quality items for your own home or to give as a gift. One of the many things I liked was that items were made all over the world; some examples were portugal and germany(my eyes got a break from the usual«made in china» phrase…) I scored some really reasonable cookie cutters«made in the usa!!!» The store was really packed with inventory too, so of course great selection and tons and tons of brands, mostly higher end, to choose from. Another nice thing was that they had a fair amount of seasonal décor. All in all a nice additon to the SSP.
