I’m just gonna go out on a limb and assume that customer service is not this store’s strong suit. I was not greeted even once while shopping in the men’s department as I picked out 4 items. The cashier was quick to ring me up and send me on my way without a «thank you for shopping with us» or «have a nice day.» Nothing. She just handed me my bag. The only person who did her job well was the dressing room attendant, who actually said«hello» and«you’re welcome» with a smile and prompt service. Luckily I did like the sweater I purchased and thought it was a good fit. I probably will not be coming back to this location any time soon tho. Sorry H & M.

This location is insufferable. Anytime you might actually want to go here, like a weekend… the line is so long and slow that I have frequently tried on clothes… and then abandoned them out of sheer frustration. That aside… the reason why I don’t shop here much anymore is the staff. I have had numerous negative experiences at this specific location, and much better treatment at other locations. The staff is unhelpful and rude, and you are lucky if you get as much as eye contact during your transaction… so don’t hold your breath for a «How are you today?» or a «Have a good one!» I have worked several retail jobs, in that mall specifically… and I understand how soul crushing retail jobs can be… but this is the only retail store that I like, but legitamitely avoid. Its a bummer.

I like finding good deals on unique styles at H&M. I don’t like that I have to look pretty hard for it… this location is kind-of like a new age Filene’s Basement, due to the organized mess. Also, I agree with the whole«workers being snobs» accusations, they could be a little nicer… I’ve worked in retail my whole adult life and those attitudes wouldn’t fly with my employees.

Worst H&M store Ive ever been to! seriously. Tell me why I’ve been going in that store every week and each time, its the SAME amount of clothing they had the last time i looked?! I.E. I wanted these Maroon leggings in size small since last month & there were ONLY2 – 3PAIRS of it left and its in a L &XL. So i was like… Ok. Ill come back next week and hope they’ll stock up some more and what happens when i went back??? its the SAME2PAIRSOFLEGGINGS!!! and tell me WHY3−4WEEKSLATER, its STILLTHERE??? you guys need to stock up on your clothings. Don’t get me wrong, i LOVE H&M but Ive never been to a store that doesnt stocked up on their stuff for over a month. The H&M in Galleria & Downtown are so much BETTER. go there instead!

I love H&M but I hate this location. Two floors but still so tight. Another Unilocaler describes it best. a «claustrophobic mess». Do not come here on busy nights cause you’ll never get through the racks and the dressing room will be impossible to get in. Come during the week and you’ll be able to actually look around peacefully.

This H & M is a claustrophobic mess(at least the main floor). Most H & M are fairly large(Downtown Crossing, Legacy Place in Dedham), but this one seemed super tight to navigate. I’m not a fan of digging for clothes and getting constantly bumped by other patrons. I did find what I was looking for but I was not interested in sticking around to see what else they had. I’ll give three stars because it’s a good deal and my mission was accomplished.

How can I resist a BIG sale sign? How can I resist a shirt for $ 5??? I did get suckered into the temptation. H & M have a fashion statement. However, to keep the prices low, the quality is what you pay for. Shirts there are almost see-thru which is good for the summer time — can feel the breeze better! My wallet certainly likes H & M.

It has two floors, which is neat since most stores in the mall don’t have that. It has a adequate space — but does not carry the men’s line of clothes. Which is unfortunate, since I love H&M but am male. Despite working down the hall, I still have to trek all the way into Boston for their clothes. Minus a few points for a few encounters with snooty sales people — though there is one guy there who is friendly, helpful, and adorable.

This store is inside the south shore mall. I really like their clothes especially because they have some nice designs and are reasonably priced. Love their jeans… and do check out their accessories. The only thing about this branch is that they don’t have a men’s department and so my hubby gets deprived :(
