Always have a great experience with D’Angelo. I go there about twice a week and the staff is great. They always make my sanwich perfectly. The manager there is so super friendly and is always so perky and personable. Thanks guys!

When I was a kid, we used to go to D’Angelo’s and the place was brimming with great food and inventive things. I’d take home the menu and study what I was going to eat the next time I’d go in there. Recently, I’ve found the prices a bit too high for mediocre food. The last time I had been in one, before I had moved away, they had blocked the grill so you couldn’t see them preparing my food. Tonight, after a long day, at work and at an event, I pulled into D’Angelos for something quick and easy. A salad or a cold sub would have sufficed. It was 8:59 and as I walked through the door, I noticed the sign said they closed at 9:00pm. Actually I looked again on my phone and it just turned 9:00 pm. I walked in, approached the counter and the woman behind the counter, who was wearing a managers shirt, looked at me, looked up at the clock, and said, «I’m sorry it just turned 9 and we’re closed.» I asked whether I couldn’t have something cold(as in a turkey sandwich). She smiled and said, «Sorry, everything automatically turns off exactly at 9.» Normally, I simply wouldn’t review a place like this, but this was the manager of the store. She represents how dedicated the store is to attending to the customer. If everything turns off at 9pm, which I can’t believe is the case, D’Angelo’s better change this horrible policy. I would have been happy taken a turkey sandwich to go, but instead took my business to another store around the corner. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
