I am wondering if owner is ill or establishment is out of business. Drive by once a week and the closed sign is there. Tried calling today @ 5PM and phone rings with no machine.

What a cute place! Run by an older gentleman– our steak and cheese was delicious and less than $ 6 for a large! Definitely recommend and will be going back!

One of our favorite spots to hit up after a long day of playing ball. When I had the appetite of a samurai warrior I could get 2 large steak and cheese subs here for less than $ 10. And yes, I ate them both.

Pretty hard to find if you have no idea where you are, but it’s directly to the left of the Dunkin’ Donuts. There is on street parking, which is ample for the area. This is a one man operation, but the gentleman does a wonderful job of getting orders in and out. I ordered a pizza and a sub. The pizza was a Greek-style pizza that everyone in the area knows about. However, it was pretty much on the top end of Greek-style pizzas. I don’t think I could list off a better Greek-style pizza. I could maybe, but none comes to mind. This is definitely near the top of the list. The crust was thinner for a Greek-style, but very good and crispy. The sauce was also noticeably good, and the cheese did its part. For toppings I had pepperoni and meatball. I was going to order hamburger, but it wasn’t on the menu, so I order meatball instead. The meatball was pretty much hamburger with a slight spice to it. All hamburger fans will be fine with this. As for the pepperoni, it was amazing. I absolutely love when pizza places get the pepperoni to have a slight crispiness to it. This guy nailed it and it was delicious. The sub was what you’d expect for ordering a steak and cheese in the area. It wasn’t nearly as greasy, however, since he bakes the steak in a pizza pan. I’m not sure if he has separate pans for pizza and the steak, but it was tasty and felt more healthy(if that makes any sense). The prices were pretty incredible. The large pizza about $ 9 and the large sub was like $ 5.50. This alone is enough for me to go here, but the food is actually good too. I almost feel like I’m ripping the guy off with the low prices. 5/5, would go again.

Venturing around town during lunch I found this hole in the wall pizza and sub place. I’d been craving a roast beef sandwich so I gave this place a shot. First off, the prices can’t be beat for the quality of the sub. There was one older gentlemen behind the counter and that is it. I ordered the sub then he had me customize the toppings I wanted. I had Provalone cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, mayo and added peppers. The price was right and the food was plentyful. My only gripe was the roast beef wasn’t rare enough. Side note, everything was sitting pre-cut in the cooler. My gripe is a small one though, everything tasted fresh, I just like my roast beef rare. Do not pass this place up if you are in the area.

This hole-in-the-wall is the quintessential neighborhood gem. If you are reading this wondering if you should order food from here, look no further as this place comes highly recommended. I could not find a website or menu anywhere so I called in to order a buffalo chicken pizza. The man on the phone said it’s not on the menu but he had hot sauce so he could make it for me custom. How great is that? The shop is quaint and sort of like a secret spot, right next to Dunkins. There is street parking if you need it. It is very clean inside and the older man(the owner I presume) was inviting and very cordial. The pizza was less than $ 10 and it was fantastic! Better pizza than some places around Quincy. I will be coming back here again soon and so should you. He had me at «hot sauce.»

Great pizza and great service! Great place to grab a pizza. If you like a thick crust Greek style pizza, then this is the place to go in Quincy. We enjoyed the hamburger and pepperoni as well as veggie combo. Haven’t tried the sandwiches.

The guy is very nice but ordered a chicken cutlet parm sub. Didn’t really notice when I did that there is no stove… He put plain(unbreaded) chicken tenders in sauce and heated them in the pizza oven, put cheese on it, and wrapped it up. I hate to give him a bad review but that was horrible, certainly not a chicken cutlet. He did also make a fresh Greek salad that was very good but not enough to give more than 2 stars. Didn’t try the pizza.

About as good as it gets for Greek Pizza. I don’t typically lean towards Greek style pies, but Evolino’s does it’s countrymen justice. A fresh, perfect crust(for a Greek pie at least) with heapings of fresh toppings, tasty sauce and bubbly cheese. To boot, the prices are very affordable and the owner(an elder gentleman) add to the no-frills style of the shop. Only drawback is that there’s no delivery, but if you’re going to indulge, why not get your butt off the couch and burn a few calories?

Cleanest pizza shop I’ve ever been to. The older man running the shop is kind and humble. He remindsme of Geppetto from Pinnochio. The food is fresh and crisp. I highly recommend checking it out. Parking is the only challenge but I found a street spot so it was fine.

I’ve passed by this hard to notice pizza place several times, from the outside it looks like nothing. Cardboard sign in the window with the name that I miss-read as «Emelio’s». Last Friday, I went in. On entering, behind the counter is the owner, a older man who seems to really know his way around pizza. Friendly guy, «I always hand roll the crusts» he said. And the crust was perfection, thin with a slight crisp bottom. Lots of cheese, and 7 slices(pretty thick) of pepperoni. Delicious… I’ll be back there this week! Best pizza I’ve found in Quincy…

This spot is certainly an underrated and overlooked pizza place, even though it’s on a fairly major thoroughfare. I came here on a friend’s recommendation(kudos, Henry) and have returned multiple times. I’ve always encountered the owner, a kind older man. He’s really pleasant to talk to and is prompt. The restaurant is well-kept and clean as well. I’ve gotten a steak sandwich on one occasion. The sandwich is okay, with a reasonable amount of cheese and steak. However, the real positive at Evolino’s is the pizza. The Greek-style pizzas here are thoughtfully made. It’s never burnt, the cheese is fine, and there’s an abundance of toppings. The price is lower than other places in the area but the quality is still apparent. A large pepperoni pizza is a little less than $ 10. Definitely give Evolino’s a try. There are bigger pizza places and other competition around, but this place is superior to most in the vicinity. Grab a pizza here and some ice cream two doors down at Quincy Creamery, and you’ve got yourself a movie night dinner.

Based on all the positive Unilocal reviews we decided to try this place out. I’m usually skeptical of all 5 star review places but was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very good! We ordered a cheese pizza, sausage and pepperoni pizza, and steak and cheese sub. My kids loved the pizza. The steak and cheese sub was only ok, but on par with what you will get from other pizza joints. The price was cheap! And the owner even threw in a free 2 liter soda. Can’t beat that!

The best pizza in the neighborhood. The guy behind the counter has been in food business his entire life; you can tell by the product he serves. This is a «must try place» in Quincy.

They have pizza, subs, and salads at can’t be beat prices. For the quality of the food served and the price you pay it’s totally worth it. The place is really clean and everything is kept covered. Friendly owner who takes pride in what he serves. What more can you ask for. Located right next to a homemade ice cream place.

Everyone must come here! Little hidden gem in quincy. The cutest little old man is a one man show and provides great, quick service. No menus yet, but how can you beat a $ 9 large pizza?

I literally just created a Unilocal account to share how awesome this place is. Old School service at its best. No nonsense, honest prices, and good food. Why would I go anywhere else?
