Giavanni’s Salon & Spa

I have been here several times in the past few years and have always left happy (once I didn’t arrive too happy, the receptionist was a little snarky… I almost expect that downtown Chicago but out here in Kankakee County? It came off a little… well, snarky. HOWEVER, the salon is so beautiful, relaxing, inviting, affordable but with that swanky feel that is almost IMPOSSIBLE to come by out here in a salon I’ll deal with the snarky receptionist and give this place 5 stars.
There are a variety of services available here, not just hair cuts and color (even though they give great cuts and color). There are many spa services, even massage therapists on staff. My hubby gets me a gift certificate here for my birthday every year and I’m always excited (and that’s saying something because I am totally not against driving an hour or so to get to a nice spa/​salon).
Worth a drive but so awesome if you’re local. This place definitely stands out in Kankakee County and I’m glad it’s here.
