Specialties
enRich is a casual fine dining bistro in west Bradenton, Florida. Our mission is «to enRich Bradenton’s dining experience by integrating global flavors with local ingredients in a refreshing atmosphere». Chef Rich was born and raised right up the road and pride’s himself in taking advantage of his hometown relationships for sourcing his food. From the nearby farms owned by his childhood friends (Geraldson’s Farm Market, O’Brien Family Farms), local fisherman buddies and the abundant gulf waters, and even honey which is cultivated by his dad, not a mile away — Chef Rich keeps it local! The wonderful local ingredients combined with the chef’s out-of-state experience inspires the exciting seasonal and trendy menus. You can stop in for lunch and experience the popular snapper tacos which displays the «straight from the gulf» taste of the snapper, the crispness of napa cabbage, a cool cumin-avocado cream and jalapeño fruit relish which adds a little bite. When joining us for dinner, one could enjoy some seared U-10 scallops (the good ones), the chef’s personal favorite «tuna poke» with a twist, or try and master the Montana Plate — a 21 oz, Certified Angus Beef, bone-in ribeye (featurning Geraldson’s farm grilled veggies, horseradish mash potatoes and huckleberry balsamic reduction). We set a relaxing mood at our outside dining area with chill music and dim bistro lighting. We also have a full service bar, classy wine list, unique specialty cocktails and great craft beers!

Meet the Business Owner
Rich K.
Business Owner
I was born and raised in Bradenton, FL, less than a mile away from enRich. I graduated from the Manataee High School (class of ’04) and went to college in Gainesville, FL where I worked at a couple of delis/sub shops — Hogan’s Subs and McCalliste’s Deli. I then moved to Big Sky, MT where my real culinary career began at a fine dining restaurant called the Timber’s at Moonlight Basin, under the tutelage of the esteemed Chef Scott Mechura. In the following years, I had the pleasure of working under several other amazing chefs including a former «French Laundry» guy and the renowned Jim Tripi, who was the original Exec. Chef of Whole Foods. I also worked at some of the most exclusive private clubs in the world (Yellowstone Club in Big Sky and Spanish Oaks C.C. in Austin — both for Chef Tripi) and helped Mechura open up the all-prime steakhouse, «Bob’s Steak and Chop House» in Austin. I was the Exec. Chef of Ezra, before buying it in July of 2014. I am living my dream in my hometown!
