The customer service is less than stellar. While I was trying to pick a color for my nails, the lady who wasn’t even doing my nails, stood right next to me and tapped her foot as if I was taking way too long. Mind you, as soon as I told her what nail service I wanted she told me where the color selections were and then proceeded to stand right next to me while I was trying to pick, so it had been maybe 10 seconds. I watched her do this to other customers as well, making everyone feel rushed and uncomfortable. The person who did my nails didn’t even say hello. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. They need serious people and customer service skills.

Customer service is really poor. The young men do an awesome job on manis and pedis. The older man and young lady do not.

I went to the salon for the first time today. They were open on Sunday’s… I had a set of pink and white powder nails on and needed a fill and one broken nail replaced(middle). Instead, the tech put a white tip on and then filled my nails pink powder. No white sculpted tips for him!!! What!!? Trivial problem in the grand scheme of things but to pay $ 30 for a fill, I think my fingers should match. They don’t.

The first time I went here no one ever told me to sign in nor was there a sign saying to do so. I sat and waited and when the lady started calling names I realized there was a sign in sheet. I told her I wasn’t aware and that several people came in after me. She put me at the end of the list and said it’d be an hour wait and to come back at 5. I showed up at 5 and she told me it’d be another 45 mins wait. I waited and got my mani/pedi but really didn’t like the way they handled that. I have gone back since then at down times to avoid another crazy wait situation. Today I called ahead and asked what time they’d be closing. They said 6pm. I asked if I could come at 5 and they said yes, we’ll be open until 6. I get there at 5 and the lady tells me they’re closing at 5:30 and can’t take me. I told her I called and spoke to someone who told me they’d be closing at 6. She didn’t seem to care. She said come back on Tuesday. I like the way my nails come out here but their wait time and inconsistent service makes me question whether or not to continue giving them my business. Not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant and they didn’t feel bad turning me away after they confirmed they’d be open. There are plenty of other nail places in the area and I’ll certainly give others a try before going back here.

After getting a pedicure at this salon at first I was happy. The lady took her time and they looked great. However upon taking the polish off my toes I had fungus. I have never had a fungal infection in my life. Thank you diamond nails for being unsanitary! I will never ever ever go there again nor will I recommend it to anybody ever!

Okay. After waiting 20 mins sans a crowd for a pedicure, I was taken to a comfortable & clean area and given a bottle of water. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure, $ 40. The process was rushed but would have been a good experience if the tech hadn’t rushed through the process and had given a real massage. I know my feet are a challenge but the idea of leaving dry skin on a customer’s little toes, both, after removing the dead skin with salt, implements and paraffin wax is simply unacceptable. Additionally, when I brought the neglected pinky toes to my tech’s attention, he laughed(Umm. .there went his tip!). He made a half-assed attempt to fixed the neglected toes; however, the toes were still rough. The polish job with diluted polish was okay… good thing I picked a neon pink. Makes no sense to allow a customer to leave with smooth skin from the knees down except for the skin atop each pinky toe. I was so hopeful for this place due to its location and since I have taken to paying for pedicures rather than doing my own pedicures. As a beauty service provider, I’d never allow a customer to be serviced as I was serviced. If this is what they do for a «Deluxe Pedicure» I’d hate to see the crap they do for $ 25.

They need practice on gel manicures. My nails are lumpy and not perfect by any means which is important bc it lasts so long. I’d try a diff place unless all you want is a pedicure. That was fine. Pretty rude customer service. The bottle of water doesn’t make up for not saying but two words to me

I think that this is one of the best salons of this type in the area. As another reviewer already stated, they offer everyone a bottle of cold water. The salon was very clean and I really liked that the pedicure area was separate from the nail area. I didn’t hear them try to upsell service to anyone there, but instead just had a simple«pedicure menu» attached to each chair so you could see what was included in each service. The man who did my pedicure took his time and I think it was the most thorough pedi I’ve had for a long time. The chairs are very nice, wide, and have a huge variety of massage options. They are angled so if I were going with someone and wanted to chat, I would ask to have seats across from each other rather than next to each other. Definitely will make this my first choice in nail salons for a pedicure.

Super friendly & super relaxing. The spa pedi was so worth it! The place is super clean & the massage chairs are top of the line! I will definitely be back!

Considering most of my reviews of salon services focus on quality, while being quick and easy with limited frills, this one is a little different. Maybe I do like to be pampered when I have the time? I was visiting my mom, who lives in the area, and decided to try this place for a pedicure. It looks brand new and is very clean. I didn’t notice the usual chemical nail smell most nail places have. They have a great selection of colors. The pedicure area is in the back and feels private. They massage chair was the best I ever experienced. They offered me a small bottle of water and they have a nice flat screen tv and a good selection of current magazines. You can customize your pedicure, which was great. I can’t remember all of the details, but I upgraded one level and got a salt/sugar scrub and wrap. I wouldn’t suggest freshly shaved legs before getting that,(Dr. Oz said that’s not a good idea before a pedicure anyway). ;-) I also liked that she asked me if she could use that razor thing on my feet before just going for it. Overall, it was just a very pleasant experience. Over three weeks later and my pedicure still looks perfect.
