We offer personal training that caters to your individual needs. Together we carve out a unique path to bring your self back into a state of balance and well being. No experience necessary. All ages welcome.

Herbal Products: Our unique Healing Balm is made with an ancient dit da jow herbal formula. Dit da jow has been used for centuries by Chinese martial artists to keep the joints, ligaments and tendons healthy under rigorous training conditions. Waking Bird Healing Balm soothes pain, promotes circulation, stimulates nerve endings, and helps heal damaged tissue. Use for the relief of muscle aches and pains, joint stiffness, sprains, strains, bruising and swelling.

Waking Bird is founded upon the art of qigong (study of chi), our goal is to guide you in the development of energetic awareness and the cultivation of chi (life force) in your body. We take a holistic approach to training so that you may experience the maximum benefits of qigong.

Jennifer C.

Business Owner

Jennifer Caravella, a California native, has studied various forms of yoga and meditation for over 15 years. She holds a degree in cultural anthropology and has a life-​long background in nutritional healing and herbal medicine. Her classes incorporate qigong, yogic stretching, breath work, chi building exercises, self-​massage techniques, martial arts, core strength conditioning and guided meditations.
