This bootcamp was awesome! Greg really pushes you out of your comfort zone but also supports you every step of the way. I really appreciate how much he pushes for proper form to prevent injury. You’ll definitely see results if you put in the work. I loved it so much, I signed up for another five weeks.

WOW, what a workout. Really awesome, and hits your ahem, problem areas. It’s a lot of fun, too, and Greg’s a great guy. Highly recommended.

Greg’s workouts are awesome. He is a tough trainer and constantly pushes us to work harder than we would like. The end result is great. I’m much more fit now than I was with prior fitness programs. I’m finally looking forward to the 24 hours of Moab race in the fall which is a goal of mine for turning 40. And best of all, his other clients are fun to spend time with. We all push each other and have a lot of fun.

Best workout in town! Gregory Mooney is an amazing trainer. He is super tough but also super motivating. He is great at teaching proper form for every exercise he introduces. Every session is completely different from the last and no body part is left alone. It is never boring! The camps are hard but fun. If you want to change your body and get as fit as possible I highly recommend signing up for one of these camps!
