Under no circumstances should you rent from this organization.
I have had issue after issue with them. I live in «new» construction which might as well be 40 years old for the quality of it. A friend of mine leaned on the «wall» in my bathroom and it wobbled under his very normal and average weight.
When I first moved in, I was reaching out to the woman I signed a lease with with questions, clarification, etc. It took her days to get back to me about things until she finally informed me she was only a leasing agent and couldn’t help with anything beyond that. But no mention of who I *could* reach out to. Because we have no on site staff, I called the number that I had to google for this company and they told me nope, they aren’t the right ones to talk to either. I have to call someone at a totally different apartment complex to address any issues here.
So, one month I did that inquiring about the time frame in which to pay rent and what the late fees were. I believe I spoke with a woman named Ashley who took it upon herself (without telling me) to put a note in my account to hold my check. I didn’t find this out until a month later I got a bill in the mail for $ 50 because of an accrued late fee. I called, left a message asking Ashley about this, didn’t hear back. I had to call AGAIN to get her on the phone at which point she admitted what she’d done and promised to fix it and get me written proof she’d done that. Another month goes by and I get the SAME notice in the mail again. Furious, I call the main office and the woman answering the phone was more helpful than Ashley had been. I’ve now been given yet another verbal answer that it will be remedied, that Jessica, the woman who corrects the ledgers is just really really busy.
Currently, we are have a freak May snow storm and it is 30 degrees outside. I turned my heat on to find it blowing cold air and the temperature in my house is a chilly 65 degrees. It’s 10pm on a Saturday evening and the dispatch for the maintenance told me I will have to wait until it reaches 58 degrees before they will dispatch someone, so rather than take care of their tenants and allow me to get a decent night’s sleep, I have to wait until… maybe midnight? when the temperature in my house is so cold that FINALLY they will call someone to come help. What a great service.
This apartment complex is not worth the affordable price. Along with the low price comes very very low service and concern for the tenant. Rent elsewhere.
