Smooch Frozen Yogurt & Mochi is located in Downtown Boulder. Smooch crafts all-​natural, non-​fat frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruit and sweet treats. Their yogurt products are non-​artificial, all natural and certified with real live active cultures. They also serve a line of premium mochi ice cream, organic tea, smoothies and organic steel cut oatmeal. Smooch Frozen Yogurt & Mochi is the perfect match for Colorado’s healthy, active, and thriving lifestyle.

History

Established in 2008.

Smooch had their Grand Opening on 8÷22÷08 in conjunction with the Boulder Community Hospital. Smooch is committed to giving back to the community as well as being green.

The Smooch store design is focused on being «Green» and using sustainable materials. From the outside, the large street facing windows are energy-​efficient, which keeps the space a comfortable cool temperature with minimal air-​conditioning or heat loss. Stepping into the store, you’ll notice the floor is made from plyboo and natural pebble stones. Plyboo is harvested from a forest that requires no irrigation or pesticides. Their modular art panels attract eyes from all angles. The mineral composite panels are composed entirely of nontoxic mineral and are not subject to hazardous polymerization.

Smooch’s goal is to ensure customers leave feeling better than when they first stepped on the pebble floor and maintain the 3 P’s: People, Planet, and Product.
