Shelley Janes started in Real Estate in 2009 and finally decided to get her license in 2012 after watching the market shift.

The housing market in 2013 is on an upswing and Shelley decided to collaborate with a couple other agents to form the Shelley Janes Team at Keller Williams Boulder. This collaborations has provided her clients with the smoothest transaction and is one of the best in customer service and experience in Boulder Real Estate.

Shelley Janes has lived in Boulder for a decade, watching the trends change and the continuous appreciation of Boulder’s housing market.

Shelley went to the University of Colorado and got her degree in Psychology. She continued on to study abroad and got her master’s in psychology. After returning to Boulder, she helped local businesses grow in sales and marketing. After carefully watching the housing market since 2009, she decided to start her own business in real estate in 2012.
