Established in 1974.

After starting the firm in 1974, founder Leonard R. Johnson, CPA managed its growth from a sole proprietorship to a professional corporation. Leonard is involved in client development and promotion and serving clients in many capacities. He has extensive experience serving high wealth individuals as well as advising closely-​held businesses in the real estate, construction, wholesale distribution and service industries.

Manager

Mark Kightlinger, CPA manages the firm’s overall practice. He oversees the firm’s audits, reviews, and financial statement services. Mark also assist clients with tax planning and compliance. His industry expertise includes nonprofit, government contracting, manufacturing, high-​tech, and construction.
