History
Established in 2004.
After completing a 4+ year Guinness Record Breaking journey around the world, Chris and Erin moved to Boulder. Chris started the real estate business while Erin went to work at University of Colorado in Career Services. 3 years later, in the summer of 2007 the business grew so much that Erin had to come help the thriving business. We continued to grow, even in the «rough» 2008 – 2012 market, and ranking among the top RE/MAX agents in the area.
In 2013 the «team» grew beyond the married couple by bringing on additional sales agents and a full-time assistant in order to better service our clients. The small team focuses on client services, marketing, and negotiations. In a tough market with limited inventory, they closed more homes than most realtors in 2013, 2014, and 2015 looks to be the same. The team receives rave reviews, consistently wins performance awards, and they know how to have fun while ranking in the top 1% of local real estate businesses.

Chris is a full-time licensed real estate specialist and team lead. A dedicated salesman with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Chris also has a background in management and client relationships. He has consistently been a top producing agent at RE/MAX Alliance, excelling at negotiations, closed transactions, marketing, utilizing technology, and thriving on problem solving. Selling homes requires proven sales strategy and effort, while buying is completed without pressure but with an awareness of potential challenges for resale.
Many of his peers have moved into management, but Chris thrives on «front line real estate» — working with buyers and sellers by focusing on their individual goals. He loves both educating and empowering his clients as well as mentoring agents.
