Business Owner
My affinity for computers started at a young age when I first went to computer camp. Over the years, I was a vacuum for anything digital. I wanted to understand video, photo, web, even sound; as these are all elements of the digital world. Fortunately, I was able to study cinematography and sound production while completing my degree in political theory at the University of Virginia. While in school, I held two jobs at the UVa ITC help desk offering computer support and the Digital Media Lab offering lab consulting & teaching in the Adobe Creative Suite, FinalCut Pro, as well as having a range of media equipment. I was also very involved in the Filmmakers Society for 3 years, worked as a production assistant on several feature films, and completed an internship with TNT Creative at Turner Entertainment in Atlanta. These opportunities gave me a wide and proficient background to everything digital ranging from computer & tech support to photoshop and film editing.
