My wife has been taking her cars to Dinstuhl’s for maintenance and repair since the mid 70’s, and has always had wonderful service. Nate’s a real gem when it comes to finding the best way to repair your car at the best price. It’s a good feeling to deal with someone you trust, and has earned that trust over time. All the guys at Dinstuhl’s are expert mechanics, and nothing goes out the door until Nate checks it out. There’s not an auto repair shop in Boulder that doesn’t have an occasional disgruntled customer, but I know Nate does his level best to satisfy each person, and make it right, so they’ll become a regular.

UPDATE TO SHOP OWNER’S RESPONSE:
While I appreciate your response, unfortunately none if it is true. What discount did you apply? I didn’t see one. You charged me for welding the heat shield on the invoice… you ended up just using washers and bolts. You said you changed the spark plugs, yet charged me 2x what everyone said it would be after the fact and the wires were not done. I brought my car back in for an oil change, thinking you would rectify the previous mistakes… instead you told me it was $ 80 to re clamp a CV boot, double what anyone else charges, AND after the fact you had just charged me to work on that exact part of the car a month before. I can go on and on… this is not just an angry rant, but calling a spade a spade. Your service is not fair and honest.

These are a colorful group of guys. They did a great job repairing my car. They were able to squeeze me in and got the work done on time. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they tried to upsell me on some items that were really not needed. But apart from that great work!
