To this day, Details Plus has established itself as the one and only shop to bring anything with two wheels, four wheels, floats or flies in to for reconditioning. We are responsible for detailing nearly every dealership in Boulder and surrounding area’s cars, as well as detailing more privately owned vehicles than any other shop on the front range. Josh was born in Steamboat Springs, CO. He started detailing cars in his driveway to in high school and then to pay the bills through college. He moved to Boulder in 2002 and continued the business here, once again starting from his driveway. He then purchased ClearChoice Window Tinting and Clearbras and now has the largest private detail, window tint, and clearbra shop in the state.

These guys did an amazing job on my 1999 4runner. When I dropped off my truck at Details Plus it was covered in 6 months worth of tree sap and the interior was a disaster.
These guys clearly take pride in their work because I hardly recognized the car when I picked it up. It was absolutely pristine and managed to get a majority of the visible tree sap off the car. The interior was also meticulously cleaned and they were able to clean a lot of old stains that had probably been there for a decade.
I feel like I have a new car and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the hard work these guys put in to get my truck looking so great. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Details Plus since I purchased my new car in April 2014. They installed the clear bra across the whole front end as well as the tint on my windows. As I ordered my car (WRX STi for those wondering) in January and did not take delivery until April, I was apprehensive about allowing anyone to drive it. There was no additional mileage added to the vehicle after I picked it up and I was completely ecstatic. The tint on the rear window had a couple pieces of dust between it and the window (which is to be expected given how difficult it is to get access to that window), but Bryce took care of me no problem. Had me schedule another appointment and got it cleaned up. I’m coming up on 19 months with both installed and do not have any issues. I have since gone back for a few of their detailing specials and boy do they do a superb job.
This place is a bit more expensive than other tint/​clear bra/​detailing places, but the crew here is top notch. If you are an auto enthusiast who cares more about your vehicle being taken care of than getting the cheapest deal possible, I can’t recommend this place enough. They will continue to get my business and recommendation.

I have taken my wife’s Audi and my Jeep to this place for a clearbra and window tint on our new SUV’s. Bryce is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, which is great for people who are unsure about what exactly they want. He was able to explain everything in detail so I felt very comfortable with what I was ordering. Their services are top notch in my book. They are always done in the time frame specified. I am very picky about where I go for my services and always looking for superior customer service, this place doesn’t disappoint!

i called on a tuesday to make my appointment, after calling on a monday to no answer and no return call to my voicemail. the person i spoke to was nice enough and they were able to take my car the next day, and said they could work out giving me a ride to work if needed.
i wouldnt go there again, and ill tell you why.
–when i picked up my car, i had to spend 20+ minutes taking things out of a garbage bag and putting them back in my car. EVERYTHING. every document in the glove compartment was mixed in with miscellaneous trash, change, etc. at least put it in a box of some sort so im not digging around a giant trash bag.
–i arrived at my next destination and notice that the dashboard is still dusty. i had to sit in the parking lot and wipe it down with a towel i had and some water. why should i do that after spending $ 160 on a detail package.
–now its exactly THREE weeks later and theyve JUST charged my debit card for the detail. and they charged $ 170 despite my asking what the total charge would be with tax, etc — and was told $ 160. so… did you just take $ 10 from me?
ill definitely be trying other places in boulder next time i need a detail.

I have had my car detailed by Details Plus several times now, and the work has always been consistent and spectacular. The first time I brought it to Details it was in bad shape (aka I had just graduated college). It was time to grow up and have a grown up car to match! Details made my car look professional and like new.
Even though my car isn’t as nice as some of the Audi’s, BMW’s, and Porsche’s they have around, they treated me as just as much an important customer as the high rollers. The value for the price is unmatched in Boulder due to the emphasis on superior customer service and attention to detail for getting the job done quickly and right the first time.

I was impressed with multiple aspects of my experience with Clearchoice. First of all, the owner (Joshua?) was very helpful in explaining the different benefits and limitations of the products and services he offered. I felt like he was very honest and straight forward. Additionally, I was in somewhat of a time crunch when I got my tint installed. The owner rearranged his schedule in order to accommodate my needs, which I thought was outstanding customer service. The tint-​job was done to a high-​degree of precision and my car was returned clean and ready-​to-​go. No flaws or bubbling in the tint.
The largest complaint I have seen with this company is the relatively high price of their products and services. I did not down-​rate the company because of their prices. The owner clearly explains to new customers that he is a premium provider installing high-​end materials and that it simply costs more. I found he was very open about this.
I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely return with future vehicles.

I’ve had my car detailed by many shops over the years and would recommend not going to Details Plus. I took my car in to have the interior detailed (including fabric washing) and exterior buffed/​waxed for $ 200. It was obvious the person doing the cleaning rushed through the job as many places were skipped entirely or just completed in a half-​hearted attempt. Spots on the fabric seats missed, ceiling not touched, doors not clean.
I was very disappointed so I contacted Bryce who told me to bring it back so they could fix it. When I brought it back I was met by the person who did the cleaning and he appeared taken back to have his poor quality pointed out. I left it it with them for another day and when I picked it up, many of the issues were not rectified.
There was obviously nobody doing any quality control as Bryce took a look at the issues and worked to fix them himself.
Frankly I couldn’t believe they couldn’t get the job done correctly after having it for two days. You would think they would hose down the car to make it look good when I picked it up the second time but no. I had told Bryce previously that I had another car that needed to be detailed and he never offered any type of refund or credit for the next detail. Though Bryce is a nice guy, he needs to learn a few things about quality control and customer service.
Next time, go to The Puddle.

I had read good reviews about Details Plus Auto Salon, so I took my car in to have the interior detailed. Bryce was very professional and explained everything that would be done to the car. They cleaned the upholstery, carpet, dashboard, console, windows, trunk, floor mats, and removed all the small pieces of glass from a broken window. I couldn’t find a spec of dust in any crevice! My car looks new inside and smells nice, too. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again. I am a very satisfied customer.
