The millet tots are delicious and highly addictive. I also recommend the Med salad which is tasty and very filling!

Tried again and was wonderful. Love the tots at whole foods. So glad I tried again, I must have been having an off day the first time.

I always go here at the Farmer’s Market and receive great food and service. My favorite are the breakfast tacos with bulgogi instead of beans.

Absolutely amazing food and really great service.

Rollin Greens catered my August 2014 wedding. The food was phenomenal and we received many compliments. They contracted a serving staff for us and everyone, servers and Rollin Greens representatives included, were incredibly friendly.
The three star rating is for a bit of poor customer service I feel I received. I specifically requested that certain services be provided during my event (moving ceremony chairs to the reception area) and Lindsey informed me that extra servers would be necessary in order to facilitate my request. I was happy to pay extra for additional servers and Lindsey made the arrangements.
Unfortunately, despite the extra cost and extra manpower, it was several of my guests who were left with the task of moving the chairs. They volunteered their time and sadly missed parts of our celebration.
When I brought the issue to Lindsey’s attention after the event, my concerns were received in a less-​than-​professional and not-​so-​nice fashion and I was told that it was my fault that there weren’t enough servers to serve food and move chairs at the same time. I believe, however, that provided with the number of guests and the tasks requested of the serving staff, it is the vendor’s duty to plan appropriately and in turn advise the customer of what is needed. When there was a concern with the number of servers, she expressed it and we made appropriate adjustments, yet somehow I was still blamed for not having even MORE servers and not planning adequately.
Bottom line is that these guys know what they’re doing when it comes to the food but there is room for growth in their catering coordination and customer service skills. Eat at the truck frequently but be a little more wary when it comes to your event planning.

Delicious. The food was incredible and fresh. We started with the jalapeño poppers (so amazing). Then we did the bulgogi tacos (Korean BBQ style beef) and the chicken tacos. Fabulous. Food truck wasn’t out. We actually ate in their little space and it was awesome. Love the owners and the food!!! Will definitely be going back to try their poblano stuffed cheeseburger!

It’s been nearly a week since I had the beet salad at the Farmer’s Market in Boulder and I’m still drooling over the thought of it. It was boiled beets on arugula with goat cheese and chicken with a bit of balsamic over the top.
I was initially irked a little because the girl failed to mention the goat cheese and chicken was an extra $ 3. Um… disclosure, please! However, as much as I felt I overpaid it was mitigated by the awesomeness of this salad! Absolutely great! I’ll definitely come seek it out again!

Rollingreens’ food truck came to my work. The young lady taking the orders was personable and efficient, prices reasonable; the Jalapeño Poppers were very tasty with a nice bite.
The order taker asked the guy in the truck where he’d gone and he yells out, «I was taking a piss!» Then I saw the girl making the food take a handful of the meat off the steamer table and shove it in her mouth. She continued making food without changing her gloves or washing her hands. Yuck. If I hadn’t already ordered I’d have walked away. And yes, I ate those Jalapeño peppers and they were excellent!

Chicken pita is pretty great too. Their ingredients always taste so fresh and light.
Their reliability bothers me somewhat though. And by that I mean, I’ve seen them post on FB several times they’ll be here or there and then they delete that post later. I understand stuff comes up for food trucks, but I feel they bail more often than other trucks. This gives me the impression they do things on the whim. I guess you could say that’s how the food truck biz works, but I see other trucks behaving more responsibly, so I’m expecting the same here.

BEST FOODTRUCK in Town! Love the Bulgolgi Beef Tacos. Also the Beet Salad and Chicken Pita are awesome! Great service with a really fun vibe. This is food u don’t want to miss, so make sure you stop by and support this local couple :)

I really love how Lindsey and Ryan are so sweet. They have a lot of soul and really care about the food they make — it’s relatively healthy for street/​truck food and they’re always innovating rather unique concoctions like the tempeh taco with caramelized onions or their veggie eggrolls with fried organic cabbage and carrot in a chili sauce.
Recently, they also started delivering and it’s a great alternative for businesses who want team lunches and/​or just food dropped off at a great price (you can pay individually, card or cash).
They care about quality of the food and that really shows. They’re a fun truck to be around and you can catch them at Colorado events in Boulder/​Denver or wherever they stop off each day for lunch. I highly recommend scoping them out and if you have feedback, they’re open to it.

These people are amazing. Their BBQ brisket sandwich was fantastic, their fries were delicious and the beef tacos were great. All the ingredients are fresh and a lot are organic and it’s just great food. Now that I’m back in California, I find myself wishing for Rollingreens to roll on by!
