First time visiting this location I enjoyed the non-pressure sales associates. They checked in and left us to explore. They have technically three floors at this location. They also have a whole floor just for clearance crocs which is awesome. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. The store was well kept and stocked. I really enjoyed looking at the variety of styles that crocs make to make them a great competitor with many brands.

Great sale(clearance price + buy one get one free), convenient location right on pearl street, and super nice staff. The staffer who helped us was very knowledgeable and attentive, but not oppressive Huge selection. I had no idea crocs made so many types of shoes, and many shoes I would not have guessed were crocs. First new shoes I’ve bought in years & I got 2 pair. Woot woot

Outstanding customer service at the crocs store in Boulder. I left my camo crocs in my 03′ Subaru on a sweltering 100 degree Colorado day, and it melted my size 11’s down to a women’s 7. I went into the store and they let me exchange the shoes for a new pair, no questions asked, no cost to me. It’s nice when a company takes care of the customers who really live by the brand.

Went in today and found what I was looking for without any help from the staff. There were 3 employees, all camped out behind the registers. When I took my shoes to the register, they seemed bothered to take my money. If I were the owner, I would want to know how lousy customer service its. I won’t be back if I can help it.

The mother load of crocs! Everything you could imagine and more. I was able to find single size crocs for my girls — it was a special treat to visit a croc store on our road trip from California. Both walked out with two-toned croc sandals that also happened to be on sale because in Colorado it’s snowing …

The store has a great selection but… we walked in after dinner on Pearl Street last night and one of the sales associates who was an older woman rudely told us that the store was closing in 1 minute. We told her we just wanted to look at one thing and she gave us a dirty look. After being there for about 2 minutes she came downstairs and told us they opened bright and early in the morning at 10am(so early). She had the worst customer service and was incredibly rude. She should NOT be in customer service.

Never thought i would ever go into the crocs store but there I was. I left with six pairs of crocs sandals. I had no idea they made such cute comfy shoes. The Pearl St. Mall is fab. I love all the local grown talent inspired by the entrepreneurial Boulder spirit. The young musicians in the mall were awesome!

This location looks nice and is right on the Pearl Street Promenade in Boulder, so it’s convenient. The staff is kind-of helpful, but mostly kids that only know as much as their manager has told them. They don’t always have the sizes that you’re looking for and it’s difficult to hang the shoes back on the over-stuffed walls. I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes from this location and had to return one due to the colors of the shoes not matching(one was darker brown than the other). I wondered if maybe one had been covered in Crocs Butter and the other hadn’t — the worker didn’t know what Crocs Butter really did, so he couldn’t answer me.

Helpful, attentive staff with knowledge of their Crocs, current & former offerings. Liked the layout of the store and their kid-friendly feel. I’d come back again.
