This company replaced my windshield a couple years ago. Had problems then with poor quality installation. They sent same guy back even tho I ask them to send someone else. Now time to replace again using different company of course and discovering just how bad a job they did. Having to spend extra $ to fix the broken and damaged trim & clips

SUCH GREAT SERVICE. Called and scheduled for the next day with a super helpful guy. They handled my insurance so I didn’t have to deal with it, or pay and get reimbursed. The installer showed up on time, super kind, found a rust problem and took pics and contacted me while the windshield was out so I could take a look. He then treated the rust and installed the new one… looks great, it’s tight, new seals, and good to go. I will use them again if needed.

They replaced the windshield on my Ford. Afterwards I noticed that the windshield was not aligned to the A-​pillars (it was about 3/​8″ more to one side than the other), that my rearview mirror was wobbly and that there was a rattle from the top corner of my A-​Pillar as if they has left something lose in the channel where the screen mounts.
I had them out again. I wanted them to remove and remount the screen as I am sure there is something lose behind it and to fix the alignment but they would not. The alignment they claim was due to location tabs that the screen fits into and that was just were it went. Then they proceeded to cut away material from the rubber gadget so that some trim material would fit better (which it did not due to lousy alignment). They thought that would solve the rattle. It did not. They tightened the wobbly mirror but it still was not very good.
I went to have my car serviced today elsewhere and asked them to check the wobbly mirror. They came back and stated that the windscreen installer had used an aftermarket part (not a Ford part) and that they had broken a couple of tabs on the mount which is why it wobbles.
So the installation on this windshield has left me with a permanent rattle that I can’t get rid of, a broken rearview mirror mount and an asymmetrically aligned screen.
Avoid at all costs.
