Got my car towed, yeah it sucked! But overall all great service when I went to pick up my car, very fun guy that helped me out.

Horrible!!! Thief’s. And liars, stole my truck worth $ 15 000 and all my personal belongs, just thievery!!! Negative 5 stars for Everything!!!

Boulder Valley Towing pulled us out of a ditch one snowy night, thanksgiving night!!. Reasonable prices and faster response than AAA! Although BVT is a AAA service provider. If you are in a pitch call these guys! Honest, trustworthy, honorable, friendly and dependable. Maybe our driver happened to be one of the best tow truck driver ever!

I was a huge jerk after getting my car towed, and the guy was super nice and rational. He was willing to explain everything and deal with my bullcrap. Thanks for being a saint.

I had an interaction with one of their tow truck drivers (maybe the only one?) while waiting in line to eat a burrito at La Choza next door. A couple of cars were parked in the corner lot adjacent to the gas station and the tow lot. The tow truck came in with a car and impounded it. Then the driver proceeded to come out and tell everyone in line that a couple of cars were blocking his driveway and that they would be towed immediately if not moved. Now, 1) no cars were blocking his driveway — we just saw him drive in quite fast and without any difficulty, and 2) he was extremely hostile and rude. He did end up towing one of the vehicles which was NOT blocking his driveway because its owner was not around. The towed vehicle fact it was parked in a parking lot next to an abandoned building and there were no posted signs advising that this spot was illegal. When the car’s owner came out of the gas station, he ended up releasing the car for free, most likely because he knew damn well that he had just done an illegal tow. This guy is an asshole who doesn’t know how to treat his neighbors with civility or respect. Read and believe the negative filtered reviews and please do not support him in any way.

Horrendous service. They showed up late, damaged my car, and the tow truck driver used some racial slurs that I’m not even allowed to put on Unilocal.And THEN they charged me over $ 200 for a tow across town.

Excellent, prompt, service with a lot of good cheer! I used Boulder Valley Towing to tow a car that was parked in my assigned space. They arrived in 15 minutes, and were professional and courteous. BUT! as it turned out, the car in question belonged to someone I knew who hadn’t told me she needed to use the space! BVT was soooo nice about it, and gave my friend her car back at no charge. They are awesome!
