I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I spoke with Mike, he was very kind on the phone and answered all of the questions that I had. I had never been to this garage before; to my surprise it was really nice! They had a nice seating area for their customers to sit and wait if they needed to. I could tell that they take their jobs seriously and care about taking care of their customers.
When they did the sweep through of the car, they found an extra thing or two wrong. What I really appreciated about this garage is that they didn’t take action without your consent! I have heard things about other garages fixing things without the customers consent and surprising them with a bill!
Back home, my father and I always worked on my car. If there were any major issues we went to a good friend that we trusted and respected. I definitely must say, that I was very pleased with everything about AutoHaus. They definitely have my trust as well as a good word!

For $ 100, Autohaus conducts a pre-​purchase car evaluation. It is the best $ 100 you will spend to know all about the car you might buy. Such evaluations can mean great joy or major frustration when it comes to German precision cars, which can get pricey in repairs very fast.
We purchased this service and were grateful that such a professional evaluation option exists in the car repair market. The pre-​purchase evaluation report was comprehensive and clear. The evaluations were unambiguous and direct. The necessary repairs were described in detail and associated cost ranges were also shown. The service/​report analysis was purely technical, based on fixed performance criteria for car components. The service allowed us to make our final purchase decision with full confidence.
This kind of excellence is never accidental. It is a result of continuous improvement and commitment to high quality. I could see this in the interactions with both Mike and Mark.

We were vacationing in Colorado from Texas when our Service Engine Soon light came on. We called the BMW dealer in Boulder who said they wouldn’t be able to take us to check for 2 days. So we found AutoHaus Boulder online and decided to drive by and chance it. The guys were eating their lunch, but stopped to check our car, assuring us that things were ok, and then didn’t even charge us. If we lived here, we would have all of our service done at AutoHaus. Thanks guys!

I’m not the most confident when going to get my car serviced, because I don’t know anything about them, don’t want to, and am afraid I’m getting ripped off. This was my first visit to Autohaus, and it was painless. Mark and Mike are extremely professional, and fixed everything to my satisfaction — VERY thorough. I even waited for my car, and it was fixed in a timely manner, not kept all day long. I would highly recommend them!

I was referred to this place from a friend who LOVES them. I went to them after I was told by Firestone in Boulder that my car had a HUGE rack and pinion leak (among other things) and needed to be fixed. That being said, I did not have Firestone fix it, I brought it instead to Auto Haus for a second opinion. They looked at my car for the «leak» and ran diagnostics on it for free. They reassured me that I didn’t have a leak and my car was fine. All they told me was that down the line I will need my thermostat replaced but it was nothing to worry about and nothing that needed to be done super soon. I was so shocked that they did this all for free and on the same day I called. They were also personable, nice and the pricing estimates were totally reasonable. Long story short– they have earned my business 100% and I will be going there from now on for all my automotive care. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

I highly recommend these guys and their shop. Nic and Mark are great at auto repair, set realistic expectations for turnaround and cost, and stand by their work. They have worked on my Audi AllRoad with several projects and also my 1974 Porshe 911. My daughter’s «new» VW bug will be in their shop the first time it needs repair or maintenance as well.

I have used one of the mechanic /​owners at AutoHaus of Boulder for several years. He recently partnered up with some other local auto specialists who share a similar philosophy. Provide excellent, competent service at a competitive price and treat your customers like intelligent people and not your personal ATM… On service, quality and trustworthiness I would rate them at the top and would feel comfortable sending anyone with a German made car there.
