I worked with Katie on leasing a new Audi S6. I very clearly explained to her that I do not like hard credit inquires on my credit report and therefore did not want to get one right off the bat «just to see what I qualified for.» Since I do have a good credit score I was confident I would get a good rate, so we worked with the hypothetical numbers. Since I was happy with number she came up with, I finally agreed to a credit inquiry, with Katie explaining that they would just need to run a single inquiry.
My policy with buying cars is that I’ll always wait a week to purchase one after initially checking them out in the showroom, since I like to double check the numbers first and ensure I’m not missing any details. The next day Katie informed me that I did qualify with the numbers she ran the day before. I checked my credit report online, and sure enough I had TWO inquires, one from Audi Boulder and one from VW Credit.
What really annoyed me is that Katie tried to tell me that I agreed to two inquires, when I signed a single sheet of paper (which I thoroughly read top to bottom) which said nothing of that sort.
Reading all the reviews here, I had really high expectations, but I can’t help feeling like I was deceived. I’m glad I didn’t pull the trigger on buying the car that night.
With all that said, I’m trying to be as fair as possible with my rating here. Giving a second star because Katie does know a lot about the whole Audi lineup and leasing in general, which will help me with purchasing another Audi in the near future (Just not from this dealership)

Ever since they took over from Stammler, it has been impossible for me to actually talk to the service department to schedule an appointment. This is my 3^rd day trying. Today I called 4 times: receptionist answers and I ask for service department, rings and rings and rolls back to receptionist, she then transfers me to service coordinator, it rings and rings, I finally leave voicemail, but no response after 4 hours. I called at 8AM (probably a busy time), T 11AM, at noon (maybe everyone is at lunch?), and now at 1:15PM. Have not been able to talk to anyone but the receptionist in 3 days:(It used to be much better. Time for a new car, but this is a strike against owning an Audi in Boulder, CO!

Garrett was great. We were debating between BMW and Audi. Garrett did a great job educating us without pressure. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Completely ignored us! Went in today to buy a Q5, stood in the showroom, and literally no one greeted us. We sat in a Q5 in the showroom and still nothing. We were in the showroom for 20 minutes and no one ever approached us! Customer non-​service.

I had gone in and spoke with Max, one of their sales associates, a few months back. He was very professional and a true Audi believer. I really enjoyed working with him so when I had the chance to lease a new Audi, I jumped at it.
In all, this was the best customer experience that I’ve had in some time. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, they were prompt, and they worked with me to cost out all of the options to get me into a great new A3. Great company! Great sales team! Great car!

I worked with Katie O’Neil and Max Pavlov last weekend and they were great. Very easy to work with and the sales process was relatively pressure free. Katie is very knowledgeable about Audi’s products and personally committed to be my main point of contact at the dealer for any items that need to be taken care of.
The certified car that I purchased was in pretty great shape but had a few cosmetic items that I need to return to the dealer to address, which one reason why my rating is 4 and not 5 stars. I live in Denver and commuting to Boulder to resolve these items isn’t ideal. A certified pre-​owned Audi shouldn’t have been offered for sale with a small tear in the leather upholstery as well as pretty bad swirl marks in the paint and Katie was pretty mad that they let that slide.
The other reason for minus one star is that the purchase process took too long — not really on the sales and finance end of things, but because the car wasn’t really ready for delivery and had to spend a few hours in the service bay getting cleaned up. This should have been done prior to the car being offered for sale. If so, I bet I could have been in and out in under 2 hours.
In all, I recommend heading to Audi Boulder and specifically working with Katie and Max if you can. It felt way more personal than the dealers in Denver and I think the transaction was probably more transparent as well.

Working with Audi Boulder was a fantastic experience from start to finish for my recent purchase of a 2016 Audi Q3. It started with the chat feature on the website where I expressed interest in stopping in to look at the Q3 and better understand the packages available. When I arrived, two cars of varying features were already pulled up, ready to look at. Madison was extremely patient with me while I looked at multiple models (Q3 and Q5) and a previously owned competitive manufacturer vehicle. I transitioned to working with Max the next time I came in because of an upcoming personnel change. For the second time, an Audi Brand Specialist at this dealership was extremely patient and answered all of my questions in a non-​rushed manner. There was zero pressure and it was actually a calming experience to know I found the vehicle that was going to fit my needs and wants. The two of them really made it a fun experience without sacrificing the informative piece to car shopping and most importantly, were everything opposite of the stereotypical car sales professional. Finding the right vehicle to get to the financial transaction was the more stressful part for me so once we started talking numbers and finalizing details, the process was efficient, smooth, and just a matter of course. Communication throughout the process was prompt and thorough. Max continues to be extremely helpful as I become more familiar with my new vehicle. This was by far the easiest car transaction in my history of purchasing vehicles. So thank you for having a great team and being so easy to work with!

I had a great experience setting up a deal with Robert and he was very nice and not so assertive and pushing me to buy my vehicle. They work with you to get the best deal around. I got my car a month ago and I am very pleased with what I have purchased. All around nice, friendly, and well put together place.

Jeremy was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable of everything Audi. Our test drive was packed with information as he answered my many questions. I never felt pressured to buy and the negotiation felt honest. I am extremely happy with my car and look forward to trading it in with Jeremy for my next Audi!

We recently bought a new to us car at Audi Boulder. We had a very aggravating and disappointing experience. The buying process took upwards of 4 hours, which by the end I was so tired and frustrated that I let a few things slip that I normally would not have. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership as they are pushy and un-​accommodating. I felt pressured to buy the car before we were able to bring it to our mechanic. We brought a list of issues back to them including speakers that were blown out, a tear in the leather on the center console, and weather stripping that was pulling away from the car. They refused to fix any of these items. I am walking away from this experience with the resolve to never purchase another car at this dealership and to make sure none of my friends and family make the mistake that I did.

I stopped into Audi Boulder on the off chance that someone in service could possibly assist me with a minor fix for my new S3. It was after 6pm and Eli Buchanan was still at his desk in the service department making calls. I didn’t purchase my car in Boulder, I brought it from Pennsylvania and purchased through a broker. Eli not only provided me with a bit of assistance, he gave me a full introduction on how to use the technology in my car’s infotainment/​navigation system. It was like a new car delivery, only better!
Eli seems to be a kindred spirit, a man who loves not only his job but the product he services. In the short time I spent with him, I learned that he is a diehard Audi/​VW lover, just like me. It’s so refreshing to go to a dealership’s service department and meet a true enthusiast who genuinely takes an interest in his customers. Although I live closer to a dealer in Fort Collins, I will service my car at Audi Boulder because of Eli! What a great welcome to Colorado for this East Coast guy!

If you go here, work with Max Pavlov! I had been here in the past and met a couple salespeople who were standoff-​ish and actually a little rude. Max was the exact opposite — he knew the cars inside and out, was incredibly friendly, and did not put any pressure on me. You don’t meet many car salespeople like him anymore, and it was very refreshing working with him.
I worked with Brett Lange for the lease, and he was very knowledgable and pressure-​free as well, helping me weigh my options and in the end leaving the dealership very happy with my decision.

We recently leased a car from Audi Boulder due to the fact they were the only dealership in the metro area that had the Audi we’ve been eyeing for months. Our first experience with our dealer was great, however when it came time to lease the experience was gut wrenching to say the least.
They were incredibly busy, too busy to give us or our deal the time it needed. We waited 45 minutes before our dealer was able to sit us down after our test drive, which was fine considering it was a Saturday afternoon. However, once we sat down, she continued to speak over us to her assistant to finish up another deal and continually sidetracked the conversation onto personal matters (her ex-​husband, kid’s sleepover, interest with finance, etc.) making this process even more drawn out than needed.
When we finally settled on a deal we felt comfortable with, mid signing, she came back to tell us she forgot that the car had some additions on it (tinted windows and clear coating) and needed to up the price again to include them. Not only that, she explained that «we should have known better and reminded her of the additions.» It was this comment that had me livid, but I was ready to walk away when she said, «If you’re going to be pissed about it, then I’m not even going to lease the car to you, my reputation means more to me than making this sale.» At that point, I walked away while my fiancé finished up the deal.
I’ve never been spoken to like that; we were made to feel horrible for her mistake. I’m so disappointed in our experience and will never return to Audi Boulder again. I look forward to giving our business elsewhere.

Audi Boulder is a great place to buy a new car. I purchased the car online with just a few emails. On the day that I picked up the car, it was waiting for me at the entrance. Everything went very smoothly. No surprises or games. Everybody was pleasant, personable, helpful and professional. Robert Glandon in particular did a great job and was very helpful.
Quite simply, it was the best and easiest car buying experience of my life.

We have been in the US from France for almost 4 years and it was the 4^th car i was buying in Colorado. This has been by far the best buying experience i had. After test driving the car, we told our sales rep, Jim Page, what we needed to make the deal happen in term of pricing and trade in value. Within 10 minutes, everything was approved and we could move forward with the paperwork. Jim called our insurance and other stakeholders and managed all the painful paperwork for us. On the financing side, allowing us to benefit from Audi CPO 1.9% made a big difference. Jim was very helpful, help us expedite the process and we drove with the car two hours after our first discussion. Very efficient, keep their words, i would recommend to friends and family.

I stopped in at Audi Boulder for a simple brake pad replacement. They accidentally clipped the seat on the bike on top of my car on the garage door (an honest, easy mistake) and did minimal damage to the seat and roof rack. They handled the situation perfectly. Not only did they not charge me for the service I had done, but they ordered me a brand new bike rack even though the slightly damaged one was still usable. They also are going to reimburse me for a new bicycle seat. To top it all off, they gave me a free car wash at the end. They treated my situation as though it were of the highest priority and they were pleasant and understanding throughout. Ian Peterson, service director, and Eli Buchanan, service consultant, made what could have been a miserable and frustrating situation as easy as possible. I am floored by how responsibly these two handled this.
