Great people work with. There was a huge scratch and a dent on left rear door of my VW Jetta. I wanted to get it fixed asap. Other auto body shops in Boulder were all booked when one of them recommended me Trevor from ABC. Calling him was the best thing I did. They had promised to do work within 10 days which they finished in mere 6 days. And now I can’t even notice that left rear door has been worked on. You have auto body problems? Go to ABC!

Great customer service. The staff communicated well with me, and were friendly and efficient in dealing with my insurance claim. They also left my car in excellent condition and cleaned it before I picked it up

These guys are the absolute best. Friendly, attentive, accommodating, you name it, these guys cover it. I was really grateful for how thorough they were and communicative with progress. I’ll for sure be returning if need be.

Trevor at the front desk was very quick and helpful. I had a minor problem with my car, he took it into his shop and in less than 5 minutes it was fixed. Also, he didn’t charge me a dime. I am very happy with the speed and generosity of his work. I am going to happily recommend ABC to my fellow Boulderites.

These guys did a fantastic job on my Z. Bryan did all the legwork with the insurance company to get the nose replaced (which I thought wasn’t even a possibility) and they even let me source a new hood to keep my out of pocket costs down. The paint looked immaculate when they were done, aside from a few small things which they happily and quickly took care of. I picked ABC based on the utter lack of negative reviews and was not disappointed.

I usually only Unilocal about Mexican restaurants, but exceptional service deserves to be recognized when it’s delivered. I was driving through Colorado on my way to NYC when this now slaughtered dear tracked my headlights and proceeded to run in front of my car while in cruise control at 80 mph in the middle of the night. This of course would be a buzz kill for anybody, but for me it was a little different cuz I don’t live in Colorado and I obviously had places to go and things to do and more importantly, my 4Runner was doing double duty as my bed to save expenses on my extended road trip out East. Furthermore, I was only carrying liability insurance on my ride, which meant this was a massively unexpected and undesired expense.
At any rate, thanks to Unilocal,I hit this place up the first thing in the morning and was warmly greeted by the genuinely cool and empathetic Trevor. He understood I was on a time crunch, a little stressed out, and went to work on getting me up and running right away. He went above and beyond by helping me get some cheap accommodations and even discounted my bill a little bit since I was paying out of pocket.
I have since been back on the road and have made it back to Cali with zero problems with the $ 5,000 in repairs that they provided. He and his crew did a great job in taking care of my baby and she seems just as good as she ever was. I definitely don’t hope or expect to use his services again since I don’t live in the area, but if you’re in need of a really good and trustworthy body shop, this is definitely your spot. I took my car in to get an estimate for a basketball sized dent in my rear bumper. Another place I talked to insisted I would need to replace the bumper but I was hoping the dent could be popped out since the bumper was plastic.
The nice folks there took it in for about 10 minutes, applied heat (who knew?) and like magic the dent was gone. And get this, they didn’t charge me! Holy moley, who does anything for free? These guys have my future business!

SUCH good people. Trevor and Brian were so friendly and easy to work with. They dealt with my insurance, kept me updated on the progress of my car, and did an amazing job with it. What started as a stressful situation became very manageable by working with them. And they have cookies.

Our truck needed a new windshield but couldn’t get one until some rust repair was done. After much research around Boulder, I picked ABC Auto Body. So glad!
Trevor, caring for folks at the front desk, was completely professional and personable, carefully explaining the repair to be done. He dealt with the insurance part of the work invisibly. Their price was fair, they kept to it without add-​ons, and had the truck ready early.
There was only one surprise: when I came to get the truck, they’d gone beyond the repair we discussed and fixed a few extra things. I went around and thanked the shop guys, who were enthusiastic and proud of their work. Not a grump in sight!
I can’t recommend ABC enough. They have a great shop.

Absolutely excellent customer service, reasonable prices. Trevor was super friendly and professional, and consulted with his lead technician before making any promises about their work. They even got our car done a day early, with a beautiful, stellar detail to boot! I love that their work is guaranteed for life.
Only things I would change to make this a 5 star review are better hours (open later), and a ride/​shuttle service. Regardless, I would highly recommend ABC Auto Body, and will use them again!

These guys are unbelievable. The work was great quality and Trevor made the process as easy as it can possibly get. They dealt directly with my insurance and I just paid the deductible to them. I have worked with three different auto body shops in Boulder and ABC is by far the best.

i went to other body shops, and abc gave the best price.
also, trevor was able to go through exactly what was on the invoice, quell all my concerns, and get me in and out quickly.
when he finished, the honda civic bumper replacement was done really well, and the parts that could be molded and reused were, as opposed to having to replace every piece that was damaged.
flawless job! its worth your time to check it out.

I had an amazing first experience. My Hyundai Tucson’s trim was falling off a door. A new assembly would have been over $ 300 with labor and required a lead time. They wisely ordered a few clips to replace the broken ones and it is as good as new. Fixed in one day. Here is the kicker, I had a white paint streak along the side of my car from when it was parked and it got side swiped. They cleaned the paint swipe off for free using their cleaning materials. This would have cost me near $ 100 for a car-​wash-​detailer to ‘fix’. THANKS ABC AUTO BODY OF BOULDER.

ABC is *awesome*. I recently got rear-​ended (yikes!) and honestly, the only pleasant part of the whole experience was getting my bumper replaced at ABC (rear-​ending – scary! other driver’s insurance – annoying! ABC – friendly, calm, and quick!).
I’ve heard from friends that for body work, the best place in Boulder is ABC. After the collision, ABC was able to fit us in quickly for an estimate… faster than the Subaru places. This was important, because I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be screwing up alignment or anything on the drive for an already planned weekend trip.
The other driver’s insurance adjuster came out the following week to give us an estimate. The two numbers were very, very close. The adjuster confirmed for me that ABC does good work and is well-​regarded by the insurance folks.
I picked up the car this morning. The new bumper looks *great*, *AND* they washed and vacuumed the car. So awesome. The whole experience was quick, easy, pleasant, and *no hassle*. I highly recommend ABC.
