A Bolder Moving Company

Terrible experience. Zero customer service. Movers were day workers not employees. Two guys were super nice and the other two were shady. We have stuff missing. He told me he’d take care of me and didn’t. I was never offered claims forms for my missing goods. He threatened action against me bc of bad Unilocal review. Avoid this company. He has no business moving anyone!

Stay far away from this horrible group of clowns. We had some many problems with these guys being Very careless with our things. They are Not professional at all! Not only was furniture damaged, but also a wall light was
Knocked off the wall which broke it to smitherings which scratched up the railing on its way to breaking on the tile floor below.
Many greasy hand marks where left on furniture and door jams and doors.
Sloppy, careless work all around.
Then they wanted us to do the work of getting estimates for all there mess.
We settled for farless then we should have just to be done with it all.
We really should just have used Two Men and A Truck as with two previous moves … We now see how much Better they are to this company.

I hired two movers to help with my move and they were great. They were careful, contientioius and very efficient. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had this company help me move into a new house yesterday. What a nightmare. I had multiple items damaged, my stuff was unloaded from the truck and just sat down wherever there was a place to put it. As of right now, I have several items missing which includes a lamp that they put in their blankets for the move. I was charged double the amount for their service than I was from a different company three years ago and I now have less stuff now. I have spoken to the owner and he is supposedly going to file a claim for the damaged items but I am not done unpacking or inspecting the rest of my stuff yet. Unfortunately think I will find more damage and more items missing. At this point, I would say keep looking for another company. Even if a claim is filed, it doesn’t change the fact that my $ 3,000 table and $ 2,000 chest that are fairly new got damaged plus several other items and then the missing items on top of the damage.
Update: I was told by the owner this morning that I have accused them of stealing by writing this review and including items were missing. I don’t know what happened to those items. All I know is that I can not find them and neither could they.
I am not going to bicker on a public review site. It will not solve anything.

I recently had a very POSITIVE experience with ABMC, but I did have to call back after leaving a message. I had a small pick –up and delivery job and the guys (owners) were prompt, professional, and courteous. I appreciated their noteworthy customer service and attention to detail. They called to let me know when they were on their way. It was worth the cost. I had peace of mind knowing my furniture would be moved safely, and I didn’t have to worry about hurting my back or try to figure out how to transport it myself. Thanks guys!
