ENH is a private non-profit [501 © (3)] California corporation that conducts residential outdoor education at three facilities: Loma Mar, Pigeon Point and Sempervirens, which is located just outside of Boulder Creek, CA near Big Basin State Park.
During the school year, Sempervirens has groups of up to 130 5th and 6th grade students attend the program. Students stay in cabins for 4 or 5-day programs. Teaching is conducted outside and centers around exploration and appreciation of the natural world. Please see: exploringnewhorizons.org for more information.
During the outdoor school’s winter and summer break, the facility at Sempervirens can be rented out for summer camps, group retreats or staff trainings. Please call (831) 338 –3077 or email john@exploringnewhorizons.org for more information.
