dr mcgee is useless… he let me go for over a year with incredible pain… INDREDIBLE PAIN FOR A YEAR! claiming i just had pain i had to learn to live with.,.i finally got dr mihalik to refer me to an internist who did a test and within 2 days i was in surgery with an overenlarged gall bladder and it was removed… he also claimesd i didn’t have asthema when 2 pulmonary specialists dr james wolfe and dr laura liker have proven otherwise…, he is the king of misdiagnosis and he should be fired… leave the hairspray and the EGO at the doorstep and be a doctor or quit… i’m so upset that dr mihalik is gone… there will NEVER be another doctor like him… he actually listens… even dr bergeron was skeptical about my asthema at first but now he listens… i wonder how many others have suffered needlessly because of this kind of medical negligence.

I made an new patient appointment in Dec 2015 as a Medicare patient. I’m in good health and just wanted to get a local GP. I had a 10 min chat with Dr. Bergren, and nothing more. I got a $ 507 bill that was denied by Medicare and my supplemental insurance. I wrote back to the Dignity Health billing office in Sacramento to see if someone mis-​coded the visit. They said to call the doctor’s office. I called the office but the staff person wasn’t very helpful, and suggested I contact the office in Sacramento. What a run around. The Boulder Creek office hasn’t tried to reach out to me at all. I’m not too impressed, obviously.

I totally empathize with Alex L’s one star review below. Similar complaint… Dr. Magee and Janet again. I walked in to the office to schedule an appt. and Janet stared at me blankly like I was asking some unusual request. She proceeded to tell me Dr. Magee only works mornings now — 8 –12. The next PM appt. I could get was Dec 16 which the office at a later date called to cancel. A couple of weeks later I got a back injury at work, walked in and Janet said I’d need to schedule an appt. to see Dr. Magee to fill out my FMLA paperwork. I came back for the appt. later that day, and Dr. Magee said he could not fill out my paperwork because I hadn’t been in for 6 months. No matter that I tried on multiple occasions to schedule but couldn’t get in. And Dr. Magee told me he’s there all the time, conflicting with Janet’s statement to me. Mind you, I have been a patient at this office for over 30 years. So much for your doctor caring about your well-​being. Worthless staff and uncaring doctor. Yay! If I get fired over this, maybe Alex L. and I can file a class action suit. Anyone else want to join in?

Dr. Magee and Janet
I went in feeling ill and was told I needed bloodwork. I gave five vials and the doctor told me he would call me back with the results. I called 8 days later and the rudest receptionist ever (JANET) told me that she had a note that said «no communication necessary». This woman was impossible.
I can’t even get them to have a doctor talk to me about the bloodwork, like he said he would. Or have anyone call me to schedule further testing, LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I am supposed to look over the results myself. I’m no doctor. So much for having some compassion for the sick, I thought that was the whole reason people became doctors, isn’t that in the oath you swore at your graduation?! IM PRETTY SURE YOU DID SINCE I’VE BEEN TO A SAINT GEORGE UNIVERSITY GRADUATION CEREMONY!
I feel like calling a lawyer.

The hours are incorrect on here. They are open until 5:00pm M-​F and closed Sat and Sun. And the phone number is also incorrect. Looks like the whole thing need updating.

Not only are they affordable here, but they are incredibly nice. The physician’s assistant I saw, Christine Miller took the time to explain to me everything that was going on and how to take care of myself when I left. I did not feel rushed or «like a number» in any way. Jessie at the front was sweet and helpful. These are clearly people who want to help you get better. I will definitely be back here whenever I have any health needs.
