My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Grand Canyon experience. The staff was superb and really treated us with superior care. Our pilot, Cole, made us feel safe the entire time. It was an experience that I will continue to enjoy for my lifetime. Truly a fabulous experience from the moment we were picked up to the second we returned. This has to be one of the best things Las Vegas has to offer!

The team were professional and looked after us very well. The tour was very informative with knowledge of local area and the history behind it all.

Simply put… AMAZING!!! I wasn’t sure what to expect for a sunset helicopter tour of Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon but I was blown away by the experience. I booked this trip for my girlfriend and I. It was part of her birthday celebration. The gift did not disappoint. Our pilot was the best. Mike «Mad Dog» Davis made the trip that much more memorable. He was very charming and funny. He went out of his way to make sure every passenger had a great experience. The food was delicious which was a definite plus and a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this adventure to anyone who was interested in having a unique experience of the Grand Canyon. Absolutely breathtaking. I would for sure do it again.

THIS IS THE TOUR TO DO! The only way I would ever take my child to see the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. 30 minute helicopter ride vs 5 hr car/​bus ride. Uh never mind! Dinner inside the Grand Canyon was awesome! Food was really good and they ordered cupcakes specially for my child’s birthday! The customer service was phenomonal. First class all the way. From the pick up in their iPad loaded luxury limo vans, to the lounge waiting area to the ride and dinner! it’s the best! DO IT DO IT DO IT! It will be a must for anybody that wants to go to the Grand Canyon from Vegas!

Brett was our pilot and he made the ride so enjoyable! My family and I went and we were a little nervous it would be bumpy but it was so smooth even on the landings! Would highly recommend to anyone and the entire experience was first class!

Had a great time today! Our pilot was Mike Davis– hilarious, fun and full of information !! Showed us a lot of places, pointed out a lot of gorgeous views and kept us so entertained! Highly recommend them– perfectly punctual and not expensive at all. Would do it again ! Served us amazing drinks and food too, right at the bottom of the canyon !

If you want to see the Grand Canyon, land inside the canyon walls and have a picnic, don’t mess around go straight to Serenity in Boulder City. It’s like your own personal chamfered helicopter. UNBELIEVABLE. FIRST CLASS, Be TREATED LIKE A ROCK STAR.

Another solo adventures, and best part of my Vegas trip this year!
I was picked from my hotel by Serenity luxury limo and a friendly driver and we drove to the helicopter terminal. I was checked– in by the friendly staff at the first class facility, then we took off on my first helicopter ride which i will always remember. Mike, our pilot, was the BEST!!! Very personable, funny and experienced. The music tunes he choose were just perfect and entreating and his tour commentary, oh my! HILARIOUS!!! We flew over the Hoover Dam, the view was picture perfect and breathtaking. Then we landed at bottom of the Grand Canyon for an afternoon bite which was good, again the view was Magical. if you ever want to see the Grand canyon you got to see you from up above. Its worth every penny.

I LOVE this helicopter tour! There are so many helicopter tours in Vegas it could be overwhelming but Serenity is the only company that provides a hot gourmet dinner at sunset AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GRAND CANYON! You get picked up at your hotel in a Mercedes equipped with iPads for you to enjoy. When you get to the helipad they check you in, and then off you go we got Captain Mike (a retired Navy pilot) very funny man and he really does play the best music while on your flight.
You order your dinner when you book, and when you land in the canyon dinner will be served with champagne while you watch the sun go down. I had the steak and the Mr had the chicken (I forgot to ask how it was prepared — but both dishes were prepared by a French restaurant so it was very heavy. My husband would have preferred just a simple grilled chicken.) I, on the other hand, loved my dish!
As you’re flying over the canyon, it really does take your breath away (literally!) and will leave you in awe that all that you see before you have been in existence since the beginning of time. Really puts things in perspective about how small we are in the big scheme of things.
They also have a sunrise tour but most people I know can’t get up that early. :-P

Luxury van comes to pick you up at your door, fully loaded with Confy seats, water, wifi, iPad. Checkin was efficient and fast, you can have more drinks for free. Then the whole flight is awesome. Synchronized with music etc Everything was amazing !!!

Just returned from an amazing flight with Serenity. Truly couldn’t have been a more incredible experience!
All of the staff– office staff, drivers, pilots– are absolutely incredible. They are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Shelby set everything up– she’s an amazing person, it was a pleasure to deal with her.
The tour itself is incredible. The flight was absolutely breathtaking, and the views were insane. Our pilot, Jim, was very knowledgable about the area and it’s history, and explained all of the areas we flew over. They also play pleasant music in the background, which makes it very enjoyable.
My tour also included a meal and drink– which they serve when you land in the canyon. The snack was beautifully presented and delicious.
They video tape the entire experience, and you’re able to purchase a copy of the video at the end. They’re more than happy to snap pictures for you as well.
Absolutely a must– do while in Vegas, and I wouldn’t book with anyone but Serenity!

Awesome company. Class act all the way. Great suv ride (Mercedes with Ipads) from our hotel to the helicopter pick up point. Great tour with an awesome pilot Love (great name, right?). If you choose fly with Serenity, you are in for a TREAT. I was a little nervous for the first maybe 5 minutes, but Pilot Loves cool tunes just mellowed me out and pretty soon I was singing at the top of my lungs (headphones, don’t worry no one can hear you!) and enjoying every minute. It was a beautiful, chance of a lifetime trip. Oh, and their little canyon «snack» was actually a first class mini lunch. I have a mimosa (you can choose your beverage) with my luxury meal in the canyon with the others. What a great time. I thought it was expensive til I did it, now I think it was worth every penny!

Awesome experience! We had a pretty awesome pilot as well. The ride to the airport was fun!

This is my favorite thing I’ve ever done in Vegas… and I’ve done a lot!!! 15 trips and counting, baby — it steals the show without a doubt!
First of all, I am terrified of heights. I get weak in the knees in glass elevators and on bridges. Why would I subject myself to this you ask? YOLO! You can slap me for that ridiculous pop culture phrase (what am I, a Kardashian?!) but it truly is the reason I made myself spend the $ 480 for the experience. Yes, you may balk at the price, especially considering it is more than the round trip airfare you paid to get to Vegas in the first place but… it is breathtaking. And one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World!
The experience from start to finish is first class. Yet another reason I love small companies. They really focus on those finishing touches. We were picked up in a Mercedes van by the cutest, friendliest driver right on time. There were iPads (with internet!) and water for each seat as well as the ability to ask for good music to be played. He chatted with us for the 30 minute drive to their private airport and metaphorically held our hand during checking-​in. The girls at the desk are pretty friendly although at times they seemed a little exasperated. I can’t fault them… they were herding cattle! And when I say cattle I am being a bit sarcastic, there are only 12 people max. They have 2 helicopters which seat 6 tourists each. (Sooooo much better than the other companies that have 20 choppers in their fleet.)
As soon as Caroline and I got in the chopper (seated right next to the pilot), I knew this was going to be in my top 5 favorite experiences ever. Our pilot, Dr. Love, was one of the coolest tour guides I’ve ever had (and I’ve traveled a lot). Plus I felt perfectly safe considering he was a fighter pilot and a helicopter mechanic. He syncs his ipod to correspond perfectly to what you’re seeing (a REALLY good soundtrack — I won’t spoil it for you but America’s A Horse With No Name was on it) and gives a fun, informative and funny tour thousands of feet above the ground.
I thought I was going to have to close my eyes the entire time but I felt like I was flying! I don’t know why but I had no anxiety and felt safer in this tiny helicopter with glass at my feet than I do in a giant plane. And when we got to the Grand Canyon I felt like we were in a dream. It was surreal… especially when you land on their private landing at the bottom of the Canyon. What a view! And you get a picnic — with champagne! I was going crazy with my camera — that view!
Don’t worry if you’re not a photographer type they take photos of you ($ 20 for a 5×7) and they film the whole thing, which you can purchase for $ 50 (it includes the photo as well). GREAT experience and so much better use of your time/​money/​life than getting wasted on the strip…

We had a wonderful experience on our helicopter tour from the initial desk in a hotel shopping area booking the experience to the bus ride back to the hotel. Transportation was very nice, clean, spacious, driver was great. Our pilot, Cole, was fantastic. We felt very safe, enjoyed the narration during flight, our stops and would recommend it. An excellent experience!
A few people told us the helicopter tour was worth the price and so we looked into it because with my convention schedule, we didn’t have time to rent a car and drive out to see the sights and drive back. We only had one full day for sightseeing in the Las Vegas area. If we had the chance to do it again, we would!

From the moment the driver picked us up to the moment we landed back at the hanger it was amazing. Everyone at Serenity was professional, welcoming and excited to provide an amazing experience. Our pilot Chad, was humorous and informative. The view from the helicopter and from the Canyon was amazing. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! What an experience. So much better than driving for 8 hours on a crowded bus. These folks pick you up in a limo/​bus, drive you out to the airport in Bolder, FLY you to the Grand Canyon over Hover Dam and Lake Meed. Then you land on the canyon floor to a nice lunch with your choice of beverage (beer, champagne, soda, juice, water). The meal was great, a boxed lunch with fresh veggies and fruit, dip, and a nice bite size brownie. Then they fly you back to the air port and return you to your hotel. 4 hours round trip, all in wonderful AC.
Yes it costs a little more, but you certainly get what you pay for. All the staff are super friendly and the pilots are informative and funny on the tour. Chad… you rocked the skies dude. And speaking of rock… the play list… awesome. Taking off to Lenny Kravitz fly away was amazing.

Awesome experience. Well worth the price. If you are in Vegas this is a must do.
The ladies in the office (and the van driver) are fantastic. They make you feel right at home, in fact you almost want to stay and hang out with them instead of going back to the hotel after your ride.
