After looking for a replacement windshield service I decided to look here on Unilocal,and after reaching out to several Big-​Name chains, I decided to go with Victor Glass. First reason, was because of the price, very competitive for the service. Second, was the personal touch I noticed from the reviews, I appreciate the small things like that. Third, was when I tried to reach out to the big-​name chains and express my concern of poor review and a lack of follow up by the company, this yielded no response at all (the silence spoke for itself), every issue post-​service by Victor Glass was addressed and handled appropriately and professionally. Contacted them over the weekend, was quoted, set a time, they were on time and done in about 30 minutes. Looks solid and I will update if anything less than perfect when I drive it. Shane really hooked me up and that is why for all my glass needs I’m rolling with Victor Glass. THANKS SHANE!

Shane with Victor Glass exceeded all of my expectations which are very high being a small business owner myself. He responded to all calls and emails in a timely fashion. Showed up on time for both his estimate and the window install. Cleaned up after himself and everything was left the same as before except for 2 foggy windows, 2 screens, and a car windshield that he made as good as new. I can’t speak highly enough for Shane and will recommend him to all my friends, family, and clients.

Needed a replacement windshield on our vehicle. Shane was on time, professional, and replaced the windshield perfectly. A few days later hubby was riding in the passenger side and noticed a sort of glass flaw/​distortion on his side of the glass. I emailed Shane and told him there was a flaw in the first windshield. Shane stood behind his work 100% and came back, saw the flaw (it wasn’t easy to notice unless you were sitting there, looking through the glass), and replaced the windshield using one from a different batch of windshields to ensure there wouldn’t be the same flaw issue. Professional, on time, courteous throughout.

We needed to replace a window which was broken by a neighbor’s kid — instead of making us pay for an entire new window unit, Shane was able to replace the broken half with a high quality replacement at a fraction of the cost. Looks like new again and seamlessly matches the existing window.
Shane came out quickly for a price quote, and we didn’t even need to be home. The longest part of the process was waiting for the glass order to arrive, but Shane was in contact with us throughout and even made time on a Saturday for the install because we couldn’t be home during the week.
Shane arrived on time and was in and out of our home in 40 minutes. He and his team member were efficient and cleaned the work area thoroughly before leaving. Shane is informative and professional, answering our questions and offering insight.

Oh my gosh! I can’t say enough about Victor Glass and Shane and Adam and what a beautiful job they did on our solarium windows in our kitchen! I have been looking thru foggy glass for 10 years and in one morning they came in, replaced them all, the wood covering and hoorah — beautiful gorgeous view to my back wooded lot again! Thank you Again Shane, EVERYONE, you must have these guys come in and take care of your glass needs, I have had 3 other people come in and NONE of them offered what these guys did! Thank you!

Someone tried breaking into our house by breaking a window, thankfully the alarm scared them off but I was in desperate need to get it repaired right away. Shane answered my call right away and was able to be there within a couple of hours. He installed a temporary pane which allowed us to be able reset the alarm and said the window would need to be ordered so he would get the information and email me the quote. His price was reasonable and he was very willing to work with our schedules. From beginning to end he was responsive, informative and I was impressed with his customer service. I highly recommend Victor Glass.

Very fast and helpful. I forgot to take the tape off top of windshield, parked car in heat for a week before I realized it, I couldn’t get it off, so went back, they took the car right back in and took care of it while I waited.

Shane and his teammate of Victor Glass were quick, friendly, and reasonable in price to repair my windshield crack. Shane is the owner, and he did a phenomenal job. He arrived to my home on time despite the rain. I didn’t even have to go to him, which is preferred to avoid further cracking or damage. Before he started he explained the process and the time for repair. He was done in 15 min and did the repair much less than two onsite windshield repair places that previously quoted me. I highly recommend Victor Glass. If I had gone to Safelite or some other place, I would have had to travel to their location or be subject to a pricey $$ «home service» fee. Shane’s Victor Glass is an exemplary small business, that I will always support with 5-​star reviews and my patronage.

I typically do not do reviews but Victor Glass was absolutely amazing and I wanted anyone looking for glass repair or replacement to know he is the best around. I found Victor Glass on Unilocal and went through their prior reviews. I had the exact same experience as many others.
I had a rock hit my windshield at about 3:00 p.m. I was able to get in contact with Shane around 4:00 p.m. and we set an appointment for 7:00 p.m. for him to repair it. Not only did he follow through and call prior to coming, he was a few minutes early to our appointment and got the window repaired in 20 minutes. I literally can barely see where the chip was and more importantly I do not have to worry about it spreading.
As my spouse is the one who handles all of our repairs, Shane has made this the easiest process ever. No stress, takes insurance, arrives on time, gets the job down with little to no work on the consumers part. If your reading this review then you looking to get your windshield replaced or repaired, this is your best bet. Would recommend him to anyone I encounter.

Victor Glass is excellent! A landscaper accidentally shot a rock at my double paned window, cracking it, and Victor Glass got the window replaced pretty quickly.
First Shane came to measure the window and place an order for it (the insulated double paned glass and not the whole frame). It took about 2 weeks for it to come in and then Shane and another worker came to install it.
After the work, the cost didn’t change from the estimate – $ 270. That’s always nice to see.
It only took Shane and the other guy an hour to temporarily remove the moldings and ledge by the window, take it out, replace the glass, and put it back together, so I was able to head back to work quickly!
I like the finishing touches they do like caulking the moldings after putting them back on, cleaning the window after installing it, and picking up the little pieces of debris on the carpet like a manual vacuum cleaner.
I had to paint the holes where the nails were pulled out of the moldings, but that was agreed upon.
I’d recommend them.

I’m very happy with my recent experience with Victor Glass and Shane, the owner. I had him replace two large double-​pane windows, one in a wooden door (28×67″ glass) and the other in a 33-​year-​old Weathervane wood window (24×58″).
Shane’s price was the lowest out of the several companies I contacted. He was very helpful on the phone and, when the glass he ordered had arrived, he was out to install it the same day. The work was done promptly and properly, with no surprises.
Shane clearly takes pride in his work and has good attention to detail. He matched the color of the caulking to the paint on the door/​window, and was careful (and skilled) enough that he was able to remove/​reuse the same wood trim that holds the glass in place. You definitely owe it to yourself to give Shane a call if you need glass repair, especially if you have wood doors or windows!
I would definitely recommend Victor Glass and will use them again when needed.

As an insurance agency, we get a lot of calls from our clients needing help with windshield ding repair and or replacement services for their vehicles. Someone broke into my car and I needed the window fixed ASAP. He was able to get the window in the next morning. They showed up at my home and were able to change out the window, vacuum out the door, and be done in less than hour. The prices were cheaper than competitors and they come to your home, which is an added convenience. I didn’t use insurance but I think he does take insurance and also does home windows. Polite and efficient men. Got the job done and I’m satisfied. Highly recommend.

After some quick research/​review on Unilocal,I called Shane for a quote. Left a message, received a call back within 15 mins. Quote for factory vs. dealer windshield replacement was provided on the phone — no waiting for a call back. Quotes from other service providers were comparable, but ultimately Shane was honest — ‘no frills, no gimmicks’, so I called him back to schedule the repair. Within two days he was onsite, on time, completed the work quickly, and worked within the constraints of our garage. Car was covered/​protected during the work, no damage. OEM quality glass, professional installation with lifetime warranty. No need for cash or check, Shane accepts credit cards for convenience. 100% customer focus, 110% customer satisfaction. Although I don’t wish for another need to replace a windshield, I now know who to call — Shane with Victor Glass!

In a day and age we live in where for the companies that we do businesses with we are just customer x with an account number, it was an amazing experience to do business with Victor Glass.
I called VG to order a couple of glass pieces for my cabinet. I might know a little bit about other subjects, but glass isn’t it. By the time I had gotten off the phone, Shane who owns the company had educated me enough on the difference in regular glasses and tempered glasses. Furthermore, he had educated me on the fact that grey glasses go better in living room areas than bronze which is what I had in mind. Now that I look at it, he was spot on.
Shane who as the owner of the company answers all the calls himself is an ultra pleasant personality who is very knowledgeable and customer service comes naturally to him. When my order was completed, he even came by my work to drop the glasses.
Although it is not feasible all the time, I try to do business with local companies as much as I can and I can honestly say that Shane has out performed anyone that I have ever done business with.
