U.S. Bank

I was in the Bothell area so I went in the drive tru to do a transaction. The lady was very nice and with a smile. I wanted to do a transaction but did not have my checkbook and she was patient and explained to me what I had to do. This service was the opposite in Issaquah. Horrible experience in Issaquah.
It is obvious that employees here (at the his bank in Bothell) are happy and they are trained very well. Today they got an A and they went the extra mile. Thank you!

Review is mainly for Us Bank website.
I’ve had accounts at multiple banks for years for varying reasons and US Bank’s website is by far the better of them all.
The number one reason being it’s a real time website. Other banks, i make a deposit and it can take up to 3 days to fully ‘clear’ or show up on the website. Not so here. I can make a deposit at the ATM at this location any time, day or night, and drive the 1.2 miles to my house, log on, and BOOM there it is, ready to go. Same goes in reverse for any charge I make to the account. I need that kind of instant gratification from a bank.
The bill pay feature has always been free here, and is easy to navigate. The only downside I’ve found is they do not have electronic transfer agreements with as many of my monthlies as other banks… so it’s «mailed check» option which adds days to it clearing the account.
Navigation between multiple US bank accounts is easy, as well as transfers, and managing any credit cards through US bankcorp.
Online bank statements and easily down loadable account info to your home banking software.
The Cashback check card is also worth it compared to other banks similar ‘keep change’ features. I use it like a credit card everywhere anyway… so it’s nice to be rewarded for it with cash. You can still choose reward point options for various things.
They have good customer service via phone, but they need improvement in the email customer service side. 9 times out of 10 it’s a canned answer or instructs you to call them anyway.
I know most of the tellers at this addresses location on a first name basis as well, so should I ever have to actually go in a bank, that’s nice.
