I’ve always been fascinated with the healing potential of the body, with a particular interest in natural healthcare and the mind, body, spirit connection. Formerly a massage therapist, I have also studied and learned to facilitate subtle energy work to support the body’s return to balance and health. Most recently I’ve become certified to use two powerful tools for lasting change called EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. While EFT alone can be a very effective self help tool to reduce stress, I facilitate both EFT and Matrix Reimprinting sessions with clients to help you create lasting change whether you are dealing with longstanding repeating patterns in your life, or an acute life challenge.
