I’ve been shipping things for 10 years and prefer to deal with locally owned businesses like this. Obviously customer service is an inconvenience, especially to the lady owner. Every time I come in to drop off a package she can’t bear to lift her head and answer a yes or no answer… a smile? No don’t even think about it. It’s time to do something that you like if you’re that miserable.

If you enter, do not breathe. The place reeks of age & cigarettes.
I was asking if they may have Change of Address forms on file (I’m just used to hand writing them and I was in the area) even though they aren’t the USPS.
They didn’t. They were slightly unpleasant and short about their answer.

They’ll charge you for even dropping off a package and be rude to you while doing it! Why am I going to pay a fee to drop something off for UPS when I can drop it off right across the street for free? I mean hell, UPS will come to your house and pick it up for free! I won’t be coming back, I will be going across the street for all my future mailing needs.
